The fans kept booing him all through 3 quaters but Vince waited till the end to burn them, burn every one of them.... man that's just good basketball. Carter scored 42 points on 18-35 shooting including 3-5 beyond the arc, pulled down 10 boards, handed out 3 assists and had 2 steals in 45 mins. Kidd registered 22 points on 7-15 shooting including 4-8 from downtown, 6 rebounds, 15 assists (0 TO) and had 1 steal in 40 mins. Richard Jefferson played only 2 minutes because of back spasms. Lamond Murray, who played minimal minutes in the season, stepped up in the absent of RJ. He scored 12 points on 5-6 shooting including 2-2 threes. Morris Peterson was ejected after slapping Carter's face. He recieved a T after arguing for a no-call. Carter then slapped his face friendly (ref. didn't see that) and he slapped back and got the 2nd T. Carter said he would pay Peterson's fine for receiving the technical. The game shouldn't be so close because the Nets made only 12-21 FTs (57.1%).頁:
