Level 1 層次一
7 種 上籃方法, 每種做3或4次 (除非你霸晒成個場 2個鐘以上
括號內為要求的命中率, 如 (3/3) 即3次全中, (1/3)即至少中1次
{1} 最基本右邊走籃, 右手上籃, 左腳起跳, 每人3次 (3/3)
{2} 基本左邊走籃, 左手上籃, 右腳起跳 (3/3)
{3} 基本中間走籃, 不可擦板 (入空心籃), 左或右手上籃隨意 (3/3)
{4} 右底線擦板走籃 (2/2)
{4} 右底線走空心籃(不擦板) (1/2)
{5} 左底線擦板走籃 (2/2)
{5} 左底線走空心籃(不擦板) (1/2)
{6} 右邊反手擦板上籃 (reverse lay-up) (2/4)
{7} 左邊反手擦板上籃 (reverse lay-up) (2/4)

This is what the part 1 of my training session, I ask my team to do that right after they have warmed up their body. It takes about 15mins if you have 15 team members.
For those failed the required FG%, ask them to repeat the practice while you and other teammates do the second level training. You don’t wait them, let them practice themselves to catch up other teammates.
Sometime you need to do it yourself to demonstrate how to do it smooth and correctly.
Next step is put 1 to 2 teammates on the path of lay-ups. To be continued.
You may heard about a famous practice method called Full-court Lay-up drills Olympic style, but I choose a simple method for you
Level 2 層次二
羽毛人的作用
放一個隊員在走籃途中, 但唔好企係正中間.
羽毛者, 經唔起碰撞, 一被人掂到膊頭或膝頭都會彈開, 如果上籃嘅隊員掂到羽毛人, 即 call charging 帶球撞人犯規, 如下圖

上完籃的隊員自己執番個波傳回其他人, 再去替羽毛人, 大家輪流做羽毛人
Level 3 層次三
羽毛人會跳起, 不過喺原地喺咁意跳吓, 千萬唔好盡力跳
羽毛人跳起係要大家練放高籃, off the back board擦板 / tear-drop 放高空心籃(廢物射球)
如有隊員固意跳高啲, 請讓他一直擔當羽毛人
另注意羽毛人不可/不會封波 或 與其他上籃兄弟有身體接觸.
