for the preliminary interview:" c% b( g" j- v. F6 y/ d) K

7 W8 v( M/ _/ p. d8 i: I2 O: ]' Mthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:% g# |6 x7 S0 h: u; f. s

5 ]* J0 e# g" ]& q" Bit's divided into 2 sections,5 J8 g. T$ N% R
1 is impromptu talk' I* X" H6 e: I$ {5 {- ~
another is group discusion& y% {6 I9 N% P& W

- a! }  V3 U+ M: F0 Ball conducted in english
, H$ d$ O8 \# J# w1 x7 g* R
. O) h4 y5 W# R) v; aimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare) c* C1 Y3 g. f) V" f# C

: r9 h, v5 y( u$ a7 m) M+ B$ |topic like "environment, biscuit...."" o! n+ U" i* a3 X2 P' ?5 O

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
