for the preliminary interview:

S: k$ i7 [+ Tthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......* a# F) }: }3 w7 Z* I6 F) k: J

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
E4 Y5 a$ h1 E0 G2 t6 v1 }. t1 is impromptu talk9 L9 ]7 g! B) v; k
another is group discusion

all conducted in english

1 o* b3 q- X- ~% L; B0 Timpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare5 \- c1 ]* ~7 Q; p3 V3 W

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!9 v* l4 e1 W1 m( i
