there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......' t! {7 N L# p& T6 e' ]

it's divided into 2 sections,7 w7 T. K* M2 S# z/ n) p
1 is impromptu talk

. M# d' K- N+ }1 simpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare# s1 V: }$ W; e% ^+ E6 E

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion& \8 m8 m7 u6 \- Z, ? ?& d
. b2 a( Z+ M/ f; Q; K+ O) C4 p1 H, ]% t4 R/ R7 h; z+ a& @5 d# C
for final interview:$ P4 p; W) u& A# i }

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes' H: j* t+ ~: z0 e

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
