too many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly

if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go3 ^9 `; K0 T+ W0 A. r
1) open a company or4 ?+ W! d/ ~) P, O. ?$ e
2) get promotion( e# V1 c6 h, T& p9 S
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
