don't eat fat,
8 u% J3 V7 [( i) g% c- y' W4 ujust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,
2 `/ ^% n7 Y! [/ [, }+ w# ~8 xthen go to do gym,and eat more rice.
