I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
5 X! k4 Q/ n5 C' |; X' ?Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
- t5 N8 D, Z) Vand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
