When I travel Japan (same for France),
  O6 M; s' R2 J  t+ }" WI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
% t' t# Q4 [( Y& {* qBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.- ~! t7 _0 l# s" H+ q+ w- n( [6 x3 G: l
Therefore I here announce people:
