When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.2 G( C" t$ f4 c& M4 o% |

  C: a- w2 R$ e) `- g, PHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
