Well I just did a project on geography about improving living standard in LEDCs. ) B" j2 ~7 E! K1 w
The most important factor that influences the living standard is the economy. As long as the economy of Hong Kong is healthy, people will have more money to spend, creating a multiplier effect, and the overall living condition will increase subsequently.
