A few days ago, a person was recharging his cell

answered it, with the instrument still connected to' p% \% K% }  I. q
the outlet. After a few seconds electricity flowed0 g7 e/ f$ K- V# V; C
into the cell phone unrestrained, and the young man4 W; ]7 c- W: @. v0 F0 ~2 F
was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud. & d0 A! R/ _! l* r5 |& Q/ Y
His parents rushed to the room only to find him unconscious, with a

instrument of death.

How about talking while using the charger in the car?  I do it all the time and so far I'm still alive.  Am I just lucky?

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
