for the preliminary interview:- D4 I: l( Z, K

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......& b9 X7 S0 ^: N4 o8 l/ ~8 B* _0 q
7 ]( G2 r" F6 Y4 h
for the extended interview:
, A, i$ u& A& c3 ^) `+ @9 a( u6 r/ P! c
it's divided into 2 sections,; B5 y$ F& K( ~# y3 u7 g% ~
1 is impromptu talk
( }' Q1 Q+ |% H4 vanother is group discusion
7 `" c* K0 \: C7 D  |
' p! Y1 R4 H0 e9 D) qall conducted in english: r  u% q- p# [0 M" ?

5 f0 k' h5 c) |impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare, I2 `! q3 L# N1 t  [

topic like "environment, biscuit...."7 g4 I6 i8 j; n1 k

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion  c" T5 P% \8 d5 R5 ?
