for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......9 ]4 v0 h; V$ v7 X& R, [

it's divided into 2 sections,3 u6 @4 L/ G0 N6 c' H0 T
1 is impromptu talk
4 ^ c8 \% c9 fanother is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare: J7 c+ Y1 b* z& w7 t/ E

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
