there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

( f1 }* C1 s, Rit's divided into 2 sections,

2 U: L- H0 I9 R7 t9 A. {another is group discusion

all conducted in english

4 ?4 K( U" h0 C- w: _' iimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

7 S) V2 U8 D* j8 m# \. _topic like "environment, biscuit...."( D+ Y9 [6 Y! b& X$ O9 W, t/ E

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion. `' H9 u5 R- D" N' Q; A
