there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

q0 T4 q# r/ J& u
it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

8 e4 A3 p4 s% a4 p. Uall conducted in english# {) T% _+ Z4 w& e0 H6 N3 P$ v! |, U

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!! ~5 q0 z+ A; Z6 x3 ?5 w
