there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( N8 U7 P2 C8 g: N9 C# n# I

it's divided into 2 sections,3 e4 {6 p) W$ l/ `& e
1 is impromptu talk) g4 T2 S! x$ T( a z
another is group discusion

all conducted in english1 V" P+ Q/ G* v/ o+ H2 g* ?

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare S4 ]8 L& \3 H0 v# t

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
