for the preliminary interview:

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare0 I, r: g0 g. G" g6 E, c& k0 g

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

$ Q, s+ p- }9 i U8 q4 lgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ F; h# R% K: O4 | {
