for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......$ d$ {9 I1 S4 |) Q$ g. h

for the extended interview:6 N, N- }9 s- O6 X+ k3 {. p- ~

it's divided into 2 sections,
# j3 D0 L; g* F1 is impromptu talk
2 i3 }5 O0 {& y2 m" q; \& ^4 Qanother is group discusion' r! a( C2 m7 ^2 m+ ^  ]
. L0 q1 ~# g. x7 b& ~$ }
all conducted in english3 P& k$ Y: U" S+ ]$ L7 r

/ |/ O1 K0 n( S& timpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare5 |/ p! r+ s. i$ c; n* h7 }

5 l: u9 F$ l/ A7 p8 ?& xgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ K0 k# n. a' F: }( I# s

for final interview:; u5 C0 p0 G9 U1 G/ {  C) E! m

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
