for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......' z: o7 V+ b" z" c/ I4 t

for the extended interview:

another is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare# n0 D. C, V3 L$ X& W! b. U

e: E6 {. a, Z9 [; Y! bgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion7 q$ u+ p; |( `8 q/ e: V1 a
) B) E" C z$ |8 X, k/ h' m; O, P8 k) ?0 e3 {4 m+ @
for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
