for the preliminary interview:2 M' i" {: f; o3 h& {' E- U

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( I/ V2 s. J! W, D0 ]+ U

9 [! K) H3 v3 H! o% }" E9 e) dfor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
/ m, o( `1 m& I: y" E+ @! T: C! S5 l1 is impromptu talk- ?; f* B0 Z3 ]% k( I8 e1 v$ ]
another is group discusion

all conducted in english

. O0 P5 y, b4 k( Fimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare: x' e+ _9 X) d: a- l+ z& z/ U9 D

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

) u+ F0 w4 q3 Q1 s4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes+ j7 }6 T* L& C" d3 ^3 M% O6 I! I/ s

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
