for the preliminary interview:

4 `- }: x5 k- T8 r* pthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......! g" b: u+ i1 j3 \
+ C, F4 ?7 B/ Y( Y: p# Y1 s
for the extended interview:
! B/ u( K! a) \& z* u, W! {1 ?" Z+ s  d& t% L+ U
it's divided into 2 sections,
% p6 A' c; }* ?7 z- [1 is impromptu talk
1 i4 w0 y, |$ Oanother is group discusion
5 [& \5 j; X6 i, @0 T+ z
9 L3 ?0 \& [* z- Q8 v% `all conducted in english$ o6 X0 k# X# L$ p' D

( t& ]( F  A: l( Z6 ~" s4 qimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."2 f" ], J8 \& G2 m5 e9 [0 x

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion1 s) r; X& I" \5 F' i; B! P; R. }

  ~) }0 }! x) M& h: M- g* }5 }for final interview:

9 n- o7 i+ v, ~8 ~' f4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

6 l3 A, K$ O- @8 I7 e5 U: ?5 |the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
