for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:% ^9 t& L" x9 e& v! R, e& {

it's divided into 2 sections,5 ^+ n5 q) x$ r: W" n

another is group discusion, Y% i7 ^: f2 ?8 I% A/ g
- t8 `# c, ?: N: C% {2 c; Rall conducted in english& y8 X0 ^# ~, L
" S% Y9 m8 k+ c' }0 {impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."0 f C/ F7 a ?! I: X4 |" W# r

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion* [- }+ r0 X1 d2 i" [" l6 k

for final interview:% t) Y9 n- n) M# L. b. }; d
