for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......! x% E; K& E% r9 H4 |% T& K) k8 m- u3 Q

it's divided into 2 sections,, K& T- k' n2 j: r/ C) \; N4 }

all conducted in english

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

# a& e: O7 m0 c5 L$ H: b( ogroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion) J6 o8 K6 N' j- o1 K
