for the preliminary interview:

6 B& x. k% W: M7 s3 o0 p- c# o4 tthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......; ~5 Y8 {% l! f) ?; \; L& d

8 b1 R/ s" Z2 ~4 ?for the extended interview:
$ Y( b$ r2 `% [+ U/ r4 {8 e- S2 n9 W7 G. z6 z5 k+ Z4 l
it's divided into 2 sections,
: a# n# m" Z9 ]1 is impromptu talk% d; O" ^% p8 K& r# r7 b2 m
another is group discusion" G( B  R5 n7 ?$ Y

" W* D( @7 \' z. E+ O8 h$ g; zall conducted in english

9 ]9 i9 T9 p( qimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare8 z9 J9 u3 i# H# c

4 i9 I9 W$ L% _$ q. C% i2 D- ^topic like "environment, biscuit....", U. H& t9 @8 O7 f! A8 s/ r

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
