there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,, f& R. [" m- B1 f5 r5 d" z8 W
1 is impromptu talk8 Q, M) T4 b* t# g( }* e% L; q
another is group discusion

all conducted in english3 k G6 Z* T4 Z$ y" ]1 _ L

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

# x2 S, J0 O6 R3 U# }( g kgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion3 }- p4 n/ x0 u9 w

for final interview:$ D6 i. C/ c. g3 D& ^

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
