for the preliminary interview:

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,% b( U8 N- f, Q. C

another is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare- L- c3 e& D! m

topic like "environment, biscuit...."* e n9 s" [+ ~. G7 Z
& q6 v$ g) N( M% h3 @: _
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion1 x, @; \" T1 L- W% _

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
