for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......, [% c8 C1 Z  [) \
" X- O, R: ]9 l! Z. a' }5 X2 b; c
for the extended interview:9 i% R. O9 ?% C- M7 E/ n
% c- h. D, m2 h. a* x9 X
it's divided into 2 sections,8 J9 |6 b7 M1 f
1 is impromptu talk
' b  y- O' n& ]% [" y/ T  eanother is group discusion6 H+ ^  R. t7 ?4 s; q
. c# G4 \# y1 T: ?; y4 A
all conducted in english5 t: F6 T0 Q6 w3 t2 [8 k9 A

8 Z. ~4 V# R3 ~; T% g, i( O' @) c  Gimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."3 ]" x( P- r* H( _

/ |% V8 @: a# O0 S4 Ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
