. z0 \# _7 ^, r& v; }there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......8 |. ~; V) Q& y9 Y# @6 u
  N1 L) p6 a$ e) W& Q! E0 m5 ]8 F
for the extended interview:

9 v6 w7 @, l5 {! `1 Y7 `! yit's divided into 2 sections,/ e/ `" A9 q, G& y5 x; m# H
1 is impromptu talk
- {5 Z3 w/ O5 e# u6 w8 c4 M$ O4 m. Janother is group discusion
! _) p0 d3 j( S8 N/ x1 ~5 ?3 P' j, d; s8 X
all conducted in english: m9 {: I8 k1 p6 o+ ]

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

  H" F: t: M  j# ?4 Z% J( L5 S  Mtopic like "environment, biscuit...."

" C  q1 D1 r" B! R+ V7 L/ [group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; _/ x( g6 U+ z+ ~- M! \9 ^- V

* I8 z2 m9 r; t! p: ~the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!/ G, j3 e7 l% v7 R; P! \# z
