for the preliminary interview:

( h& D+ X6 z# @* E6 hthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,

" @3 V6 I, e! \1 R9 z2 ^9 qanother is group discusion

. W% e' }3 A4 N5 S; hall conducted in english% @; N1 V# T5 ^/ `/ S
" v$ C( W) R3 {1 G0 ], himpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

[group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
