for the preliminary interview:
+ N/ k% h7 _; g. J7 y: V: G& _+ _$ V0 Z8 t. o; J0 y7 c
there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

1 is impromptu talk
2 c, Z. K1 d; s- Y: E9 b! I: janother is group discusion

all conducted in english% D% O: H; j! u7 _( R: V; [* `
0 K& H, F, T6 \& S6 |" G
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare! N; z+ d$ S7 [# H8 `

: s: L. \( V) [+ ytopic like "environment, biscuit...."# N9 z% W3 w; ]% \- G1 C& Q* w

* U/ r7 i7 t$ Y  Q- M: h: xgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:# p3 {: k7 }& c

) Q+ I4 `6 V4 v6 t" U4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
