for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......* X/ |5 ^+ P1 O! N7 n( k

for the extended interview:: o' H8 s( L* k. d) a3 I$ G: [

it's divided into 2 sections,& ]3 K' ]8 d0 {
1 is impromptu talk6 }5 f7 {) f" r/ Y
another is group discusion0 }; @* a# ?& C. F! s# _$ c3 {5 e
# y9 w+ E( F5 C) x3 P2 wall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."9 q5 m \$ i4 X+ {3 a

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
