for the preliminary interview:  F* G  u) g, \" d8 [( Z/ V9 Q

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,+ v) @0 H! C1 X  d
1 is impromptu talk8 i9 N9 j( H3 ]& L/ t7 r
another is group discusion
! b3 V. s7 ~/ S) _8 u5 y+ b2 h: X5 G# s- A4 i$ N# Y" L" O  Z5 f
all conducted in english. l2 z2 f# R8 U; f2 v# a2 \
+ M9 I5 v) z, ^: v$ M
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare3 H% N3 W% |) J. E! V2 k9 B

  _/ P0 z4 U$ _0 H% _group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
