for the preliminary interview:

( @* P6 I0 b: J- N* {2 Ythere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......1 R$ h- ?) b5 k" O* {

1 is impromptu talk

/ Z1 V: s# o; o: C1 o* B( _all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

; q9 p0 F5 ]1 a; h* mgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion% \7 B0 O# P, A* N! p: j
) ?: \: b! T4 M  I

4 B  i  m8 u' q/ Vthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!$ `' ]% J: F3 g, J* d- B) p- S
