for the preliminary interview:6 n* ^' D/ X' Y, K: Y$ c

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......) G: @' m* U. c

  t2 f# P( l. G$ ~for the extended interview:

# Q8 T6 g5 `: d- l# Mit's divided into 2 sections,. C: P  V! i, |/ k
1 is impromptu talk- \7 W, z+ t, q! C
another is group discusion
* v- L0 N& {6 y5 }% b/ y2 b0 n& L  P
all conducted in english
1 w0 T* e3 {# q- ?0 j6 Q2 T& L- D* O" ?# q8 G- Q1 \- _
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

% V* N1 \8 V' p/ u9 igroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion. i) U  S; g+ r: H
