there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( N, L. ]2 `6 ~( q! b7 a, s

it's divided into 2 sections,# d3 d/ `9 O( q" K5 {* |- T
1 is impromptu talk& ^: S( Y5 S( g1 N: z% U
another is group discusion

' q( m/ e* \( e# y% b! \4 wall conducted in english8 a( o, c$ A+ E. l' z

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare5 q9 ]7 M8 Y$ K2 _
. r0 ?3 n. H8 G7 f& `topic like "environment, biscuit...."; q& i, [8 c- f: j% t
5 | \& S* V( C1 ugroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
