there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:* O7 S% {9 F$ N( F

it's divided into 2 sections,% ~9 Q( n( U; C/ ]( ?
1 is impromptu talk
2 D9 S& W$ A" |2 Wanother is group discusion

0 ^9 J8 ]: u! z" hall conducted in english

6 Y: E( S# K) h- Z& iimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare2 Z! V! c1 r5 p& N, m- z" u# o

H0 |3 `. q& N% A6 Y7 a1 @9 B0 ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
