there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,$ ^9 ]- D" z5 U; {! m) q8 Y
1 is impromptu talk4 k" J' L- C7 @( \( ?
another is group discusion
2 \: t; n) k- y2 a" J* Z
' U- j r) ]; J- Eall conducted in english
) g+ k! f% s3 k" T, f6 \
8 m, n# O( `/ L5 J9 Q4 simpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare1 C0 K! `* e6 @/ k
# S* Q- |9 m/ o5 A5 I" qtopic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes- @! E/ b2 v1 ?- B
2 V4 d8 ]: Z+ j6 ]; \the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!! |% F F4 I2 e$ K& a1 V
