for the preliminary interview:( n5 L( A6 ~' L6 E1 a/ z5 i% H; D. |

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( d* @3 b9 }% i4 t1 J) r- D" z

7 w$ \3 f, N) zfor the extended interview:
* ^& `3 `7 B: |* U
3 x" b. b( O3 t; u$ B( Ait's divided into 2 sections,% b7 j; m* d4 q5 I4 T9 Q6 ^: G
1 is impromptu talk
0 d+ T; A; u& aanother is group discusion
# W' L4 q3 K% a5 x, D7 \, w) }' p
: R* d- k; W; q. \) x7 H3 Oall conducted in english
& h3 d( `6 Z4 y# E5 ]2 U$ H5 K. {# U3 u) D) o% q6 F
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare: o6 O6 }& `* u- f, s8 {6 h
% H- ~- c  f$ q8 T+ c2 j& A9 G8 z
topic like "environment, biscuit...."0 I" t1 u" U: P

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!& {' x. e. D! `4 O) |
