there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......& o" j% |% f7 z, ~% S
+ F9 v, j$ N9 ifor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,& C; P$ G7 o% u* c- X; d; Y" `
1 is impromptu talk
/ l, t X; M& p1 _another is group discusion: F( o* c: K `9 l! u
6 \; T" r( R' Y
all conducted in english
! g/ A0 { K$ `4 h: A1 F, U/ U7 @, y `- E0 \/ U. z1 Y! u
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare3 a1 ~5 `7 W6 H& a( x
& b2 s) Y& Y$ E! K% x: U' g- }" dtopic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ u7 D4 J" t7 h5 C8 S& q0 X
