for the preliminary interview:& T: o; |% p" J

' q: Z) P5 Y, o5 l  [  hthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......
3 M- T+ Z7 I1 m; s/ f7 @/ }9 T8 a* v/ n' M5 e" S* T- V1 w
for the extended interview:1 C: ^1 H$ [6 I1 N! m
  s/ j5 y1 ]/ B3 L# B( l
it's divided into 2 sections,
/ H4 L0 _! ]5 G( l1 is impromptu talk- l! b( V: Z% e: g+ @: \) f
another is group discusion
8 k9 T- v3 o- W- ]$ Y! L) Z
4 U! j/ `& G& E' R1 ball conducted in english
1 Z. g7 p- Q* Y1 Q+ ]% @4 P/ l% o$ |
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare& n. E5 \* _9 d3 R" g4 L

# g, W, \( I- M( U1 A! dgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion" ?4 a; C5 W0 l% `

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes' `/ p7 i! d2 y. k4 R; y. ]

; D5 c9 {7 _& p) `" y; `the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
