for the preliminary interview:; o! R; M* [6 \; R

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......- C0 Q4 x$ v0 C( ]6 B- H% F
# O6 W4 E% e6 P3 l* z! Y# o7 |2 ^for the extended interview:: E) N: z2 X" ~% G7 h

it's divided into 2 sections,
0 e" x7 b7 k, Y8 S8 Z1 is impromptu talk
! \ q& X$ L2 I& f6 Uanother is group discusion, T" t+ Z6 o% E' s3 a
, _) N) K- _8 I. Y8 I7 o$ n9 C
all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
