for the preliminary interview:

0 ?: `5 C6 H: M6 K4 ~% Hthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......" d% {9 d6 M! l2 \! @

+ g0 `4 B7 H: I9 p9 \' ?. Nit's divided into 2 sections,4 a( c, P. j4 W- ?. y, U  W
1 is impromptu talk
4 h2 Z0 u1 W# T% [. ^0 `5 Z8 janother is group discusion
( v( z* ~* Y( X" n6 s" M3 p7 T- u$ h7 B
all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."& U5 X9 V* A0 a" d
! Q  X0 e2 R, A8 y1 V3 f
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion5 x' B9 Z; b3 W

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
