for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......; D: u9 a7 j0 b6 G, `

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections, ^2 p; {: U J+ Q* ]1 B
1 is impromptu talk. ]# O6 E; U5 a! d4 m
another is group discusion6 U4 Z5 G8 l8 \2 }2 U$ t( {2 E `

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."% z( S+ |0 ~% Y2 j
1 ^) }: ^5 j3 ^, |group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
