there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:; ~2 f: [; o2 R! I- u4 |, g
/ m% J9 Q/ w. Kit's divided into 2 sections,# I% r) k: Z* k
1 is impromptu talk5 z& L% A9 t1 r% K# d
another is group discusion! y5 g- c5 Y" f, i
4 O3 q( g9 \' y; n/ Qall conducted in english
- i+ w$ L3 I/ ^* U: z( V4 E$ U# @, {) o
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare
) i. ~4 m& l3 K# I% g$ m3 U# }8 H# x
topic like "environment, biscuit...."
+ O" I& ~* y5 M7 O/ c# @# j6 j3 o1 u1 _' @- P
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
