for the preliminary interview:+ p3 c! m/ M' ^  M0 F1 c8 Y  U
& o1 K$ W, z7 ]/ K) @
there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:
0 @# p6 s" Y% M- E" v1 u% T' |. A/ ?; D* z
it's divided into 2 sections,
" n) f4 c; z3 f0 V1 is impromptu talk, t$ w' C" i0 r. q% X. I
another is group discusion! z# \* ^; u# [7 Z" p; r5 ~& B
, f. s# I9 n" I
all conducted in english2 x* w. w) C) @' o, h) G7 m

$ `! n6 m# ~/ @5 A  j6 d( m0 P. |1 Oimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare$ P2 t9 Y. R/ d' J

topic like "environment, biscuit...."& L0 u7 V& g6 k7 h0 O

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion% o- d6 U7 O2 O8 o% T

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes6 o2 k1 j& ?0 `" y

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!! b9 n6 o& C; K5 ^! }  s
