for the preliminary interview:. F8 E$ }: a- E  e+ E6 o# L

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......
+ d+ D1 C) ^1 p0 @) Z( G
# j$ d, D* V5 xfor the extended interview:/ O8 F) s+ S/ Y' X3 I5 P6 F

. K# q5 Y" Y8 G9 ^) |1 u2 C! Vit's divided into 2 sections,
8 V: W: ]- _1 j0 y' h2 ]1 is impromptu talk
' F/ T4 R0 o" {. M3 }3 Uanother is group discusion
) f2 Q3 Z2 c' j) p% m
4 t0 d" Z" c6 H* j* b2 O2 qall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare6 V" ?: W9 n2 h# \8 H1 w

topic like "environment, biscuit...."; g, T4 c' ^0 @- W- ?6 Y! b

" Q! v$ J2 n* _* j/ i! h* d. w& Agroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!6 n: t  b) G. B
