for the preliminary interview:

; U) n3 S' I7 f/ d* |there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
1 b; Q- X% S( O0 A% N1 is impromptu talk
) L4 {+ E9 R# wanother is group discusion) i7 B0 f: e) n! k
/ S4 d. W% @1 `' v
all conducted in english
. g8 h0 W. {# t" z1 y8 L/ {, r$ A: p5 w- G6 P
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

( H  T5 M6 _- Q' lgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion- F  E! M* P0 F, b

for final interview:

+ b5 s( r% d. C- j* L0 f" a4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes7 Q9 R6 N6 v0 r3 w
3 ?- L- d9 ^! P/ W, ^7 W& \- P# p
the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
