for the preliminary interview:: C* Z6 G4 l1 W
: P, A# A( t0 H; q2 Z$ P# W7 W+ I7 rthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc...... it's divided into 2 sections,( i4 W/ G' ^" @" g" x0 g
1 is impromptu talk" |" c3 q" e& M
another is group discusion

L1 Y- ]6 t" B' w0 w" hall conducted in english! f+ ]( O+ }# s2 w1 k+ _# i$ [ t
( W- Q: O3 ?4 G# M- bimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare/ k; W8 @5 C5 r
7 D; J' ~; f" g2 H4 ltopic like "environment, biscuit...."- V6 \ A6 R1 M' S+ ~& U6 _
+ A$ k; k. J8 F. j% P' sgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
