for the preliminary interview:) a  ^& q+ ?( \; k' p

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......2 v+ Y- U; ?9 {6 c
2 A/ t" T0 Z$ P% z
for the extended interview:' p: O$ l! |$ R8 M
+ N  R. n* |: ^6 p8 V: s
it's divided into 2 sections,1 b% r: x, {; U  }$ B0 ^
1 is impromptu talk, S2 r6 G* ]. _6 L
another is group discusion

! J! P# M' W2 O3 O6 eall conducted in english& d3 p. I- A4 V3 M0 u

, k$ m/ b8 `. S1 u/ _0 Ximpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."+ q* B6 _1 [( ^) k8 S$ d

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ V( U7 u; x, a  S6 A: b: I9 W7 k3 g

3 |8 _: j1 K( Sthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
