for the preliminary interview:. h/ v/ y$ K2 {3 b
: N; @! w1 G* M/ |2 b; p& mthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

2 x1 ?3 c2 a# j2 O, p8 L
all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare2 G3 i0 s- V8 d* |! K. h% D
0 W2 N$ C9 Z* K- @5 N7 H1 Q! [topic like "environment, biscuit...."

/ |# H. a6 O0 R% Y: i1 N( @; _group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
