for the preliminary interview:
$ {& s. |& P( ]# K2 A& f' f6 }5 [& r4 C& M8 o3 R. n9 u6 m/ w
there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:* a, d/ m9 T5 i+ M

it's divided into 2 sections,- g1 ]2 h2 ^9 @( W# Y% f3 S
1 is impromptu talk
% @- V& h7 p+ f& C6 Qanother is group discusion
) H; a4 t& r$ d' }2 Q3 d
. `1 F. u$ ?  j2 E; Eall conducted in english% o, |, b! F0 G/ Y8 F( ]

( _- \+ z- J* Q" R. Limpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

5 L" b6 Y+ f# W2 c) Utopic like "environment, biscuit....", T8 g& }  b- x. p* S! x5 o; g

; L; n6 b4 ?" {# wgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

; i5 ^: H: W4 w" ^1 U( jthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!. a- R/ |' ]( w; E8 I( _! o
