for the preliminary interview:, d" o! S" o" I" ?6 N4 Z" R

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( N, L. ]2 `6 ~( q! b7 a, s

it's divided into 2 sections,# d3 d/ `9 O( q" K5 {* |- T
1 is impromptu talk& ^: S( Y5 S( g1 N: z% U
another is group discusion
3 S/ A4 n- _  i, Y$ X6 g. T
' q( m/ e* \( e# y% b! \4 wall conducted in english8 a( o, c$ A+ E. l' z
1 s  w+ G3 X3 [3 _7 L- t& G
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare5 q9 ]7 M8 Y$ K2 _

5 |  \& S* V( C1 ugroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

- L  }! w4 K* p  ?: |the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!6 {  c/ D) k' P. t8 }
