8 t8 N* N. i# p3 s9 I6 [there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

& L$ n) o* `% ?8 u# C% } P; zit's divided into 2 sections,
( y+ u/ o }+ G/ ?1 b1 is impromptu talk$ U: I" z+ i# ~; j9 W7 `) _
another is group discusion

& z3 V9 L/ Z" R5 [all conducted in english

" n/ I+ x( P0 | D% d# v) t! L; {, U& @impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

: k' d& q x6 C4 Z) l. a. z5 m. stopic like "environment, biscuit...."

& N6 x) r0 h7 t6 E" zgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
