for the preliminary interview:

4 b! H1 `/ s5 [& Y" o# A6 othere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,- F0 Y) B+ A2 f! K a
1 is impromptu talk8 u& {& K. S! K9 c% x
another is group discusion1 P5 X0 f3 B' ?- x y' n
1 v B- W# e+ F3 D+ p, p9 Eall conducted in english
) t7 E6 U& R0 y8 o
! W3 J: ~+ i/ z* Bimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes& O; R% u9 e3 p( f" W/ s- u

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
