for the preliminary interview:

7 c" Z9 y8 \6 l' K6 E3 W2 Ythere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

1 is impromptu talk
3 t) E# _$ N2 |- p8 |/ [another is group discusion
( B! K" W& w$ m( C( f" S' u! X" U7 |3 j
all conducted in english: w% R  I$ c! E8 H# I

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit....", o! E: M& w9 Z* J# V' y

& C9 x( z, l/ ~0 O0 q: `group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
