When I travel Japan (same for France), * W, o- f# B! M* q
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
; m! o& F) |2 z' a) Y0 rBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
$ p1 k+ e/ y  V6 h& `! }and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.# l2 s/ ~4 h) w( E. w* n, @* |9 s! {
Therefore I here announce people: - D( N8 U; H. ~6 r2 F0 E. {
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION, & b. m) G  D- ?+ N3 n4 W
