When I travel Japan (same for France),
8 W( Z! C, u2 `( E" S3 v3 GI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
; h9 z+ l0 ~) y/ R+ WBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.! i/ `( {4 @$ ~* Q

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,: @4 s% |4 B; J. y) [
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
