Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.8 X7 C8 x  \9 b9 o2 M- j6 j
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

: r9 z; ~- I% RHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
