When I travel Japan (same for France),
5 f( Z4 B) W* S' A7 b$ jI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity./ b2 A% u! ~( _4 m
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,9 e! W9 h4 E  A1 t" @. I/ I6 i
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
