Odom 重覆左 果個係Redd / VC / Gordon?
我都知隊波唔掂咖啦
而家試緊trade d 傷兵番黎,搏下未來好過
出左offer 換Oden,應該唔得
再度下trade唔trade到GA / Gino 依類啦 ... I wouldn't trade injured stars if I were you... you won't make the playoffs..Unless you're planning to win championship in consolation~!
This is what I'd do:
1) Identify the key players in your team and don't trade them away for now.
2) Identify the players who has potential to play better sort them into two groups:
a) Players who you'd want to keep, e.g. Love, Crawford
b) Players who you'd want to ship, e.g. Felton / Odom
After you done 1 and 2, you should know what your strengths are, keep it to 4-5 cats.
3) Identify the players who has very marginal values that can be add / drop.
Keep an eye on the waiver and add / drop players that will help you strengthen those 4-5 cats in 2.
Give yourself 1 month to improve, and you should only be adding / drop 1-2 players a week. Remember injury can occur through out the season therefore players on waiver will have sudden impact and value. Use them to your advantage in the short-term.
Once you're able to climb to middle rank, then trade. That way, you're not force to accept trades / offer from panicking. But rather, making trades to others that would strengthen the team. Key: if you're in middle rank, that means there are team below you who are more panick, and they are likely to make mistake in a trade...(Which is exactly what you're doing now...)
