Kobe and AI are officially out of the All Star Game and will be replaced by Jason Kidd and David Lee respectively: Link

Personally I would've taken Monta Ellis but his status is uncertain as well. It is likely that J-Kidd was chosen because the snow in Dallas is making it difficult for other players to make it on time.

ellis主要係受成績拖累,第二係因為近期再觸傷膝頭,所以無被選

Monta Ellis並無係大勝clippers既賽事上陣,因為扭傷左膝既關係.

雖然officially無講過成績係一個原因,但係david lee既表現值得入選,相信無咩人有異議. 但最後,正選及副選初選david lee都入唔到圍.到最後只靠AI退出先入到....我諗或多或少都有d影響既~

But he wasn't ruled out of the game before that, suggesting that he was able to but ended up choosing not to. And after that game, he would've had a few more days to rest before the actual All Star Game.
