for the preliminary interview:

6 b$ g# M2 r0 b# m0 J; gthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:- e4 Z, ^7 f+ n4 I: c

* v) D- |8 D$ I: m+ W5 G* Hit's divided into 2 sections,7 g' f( q3 P% G% C/ l" C4 a3 A$ D' H
1 is impromptu talk7 e2 ?9 R9 w. J+ c
another is group discusion; J0 l3 k+ M9 g4 f

3 E$ x, A7 v* v$ Jall conducted in english

  C: p/ K& I& c% p3 }: \8 eimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare; m+ l, E* e& t7 _. Q+ d0 o" H

topic like "environment, biscuit...."
9 c, Q9 z5 m; p5 C% S+ N3 ?) ?5 ~1 O0 _  d' h' s
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

6 i& G6 x  l1 z5 W4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

: s) I" C. Q/ Fthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
