there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:! J3 U6 Z% c# D" Q% n% A
8 k$ H) J/ h5 bit's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion
3 d! k6 l' E3 @6 s% J5 p
! Z- j+ m/ L% m" Y2 Q2 ]all conducted in english

( `8 } f1 V; p3 `+ nimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare5 d! D! x- v, l' F% i& C* n6 F% }

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
