My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure./ r3 D* S1 r5 _; d+ G# M+ ?. l% W, l
6 O: g5 C/ E4 Q3 W- j4 C; _8 M4 mI realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).* b+ X7 x* t2 j# G0 |

I usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.
