When I travel Japan (same for France),

2 Z# P* z; O0 o: h: T& }Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

( v! H, O& t) r& \: cHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
