Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),
$ Q0 Y2 C$ p: S/ L1 VI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity., Z4 g) A4 o; s; i( v- b. z& q
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,) F/ A  T8 B3 @: Y% Q1 y
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.2 K- ]  |3 U' a7 @+ K
Therefore I here announce people:
