When I travel Japan (same for France),
/ z' j: }- |5 b( c( j# r% ~I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
$ Y3 A* ]& m1 H* u* |7 GBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.& R/ a! J# e  J0 Y
! L& x  ^; z/ T
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,/ w: A6 g+ f' m0 ~
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
