Well I just did a project on geography about improving living standard in LEDCs. 8 V7 V: ~- J0 k2 i) W4 l
The most important factor that influences the living standard is the economy. As long as the economy of Hong Kong is healthy, people will have more money to spend, creating a multiplier effect, and the overall living condition will increase subsequently.
