for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( C: c. A2 l1 k- J! Z

it's divided into 2 sections,3 ?- g! l" L7 v- h" S
1 is impromptu talk

all conducted in english

5 Y# o1 ~5 `: D+ v: cimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

: Z% G5 a8 s( o, Igroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
