for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......: L6 x5 F. b& ]) B. R+ h: n5 R4 N

it's divided into 2 sections,

' {9 Y) @9 e& a( B+ t6 u8 ]0 C( hall conducted in english. ]: _6 `0 }5 ~8 q, k
. v; j4 |! q( p4 }1 S* aimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

: |9 W$ d: [# m" q$ C3 W! ~- lgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
