for the preliminary interview:

* H- [$ j6 z2 n5 v1 v3 Gthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

- I6 L, O2 O+ ranother is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

7 j% G" }# Q4 ?topic like "environment, biscuit...."

5 L, t" {& ^! r+ [* ]group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion' r2 G+ v" G1 H2 [
