for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......6 H2 `& [$ [9 A+ B$ b7 N3 W

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare& y c+ i# J, }, m4 u5 ?, z5 @5 ?

J1 m6 W3 L, f; G1 Cgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion, u k+ J! v$ t$ ?0 s
