for the preliminary interview:2 n; H3 E6 ~. x  c4 A3 j

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

1 is impromptu talk
& _4 I2 b. c% a4 Yanother is group discusion4 V. q: B5 ]8 a: w' r5 M. a) a
5 J  b* G3 o$ F. q6 z5 c( y) t- u3 Z& z
all conducted in english/ a. i/ [2 P& l" p9 D6 y* U' d

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare. X+ d* T* S) j$ q0 ^% l5 y

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
