for the preliminary interview:

1 o5 W( \3 V; y9 q8 mthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare5 h; K- D2 U' J5 Q: L6 x$ ]) o% t$ J
0 ^: s& a8 K2 H6 Ltopic like "environment, biscuit...."9 b/ x1 ]) {6 ^# J

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!) V* c: q& d% v4 V B3 {. X+ G- p
