for the preliminary interview:( z9 Q% T1 g1 }) P" g
/ q2 N* l5 v. N- e; `/ y' I, Z: u
there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

- C, B& N: r3 M2 vfor the extended interview:6 }4 n$ o4 k5 U1 F+ i+ l
5 c0 |% M9 |7 m8 w" [: _( r( x
it's divided into 2 sections,
& A. M$ q% G" j) \4 a* ^% L1 is impromptu talk" c8 z6 |; {& {  J! {, c* }
another is group discusion$ t* K# j% J4 V" O1 p

! E& o" G6 u& \: t+ M4 Yall conducted in english
; M4 c% J4 N2 K( |) w4 J! B* k' f8 K* z3 s
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!! p0 p4 ~7 H$ U# A5 \, {
