for the preliminary interview:' W! B! ^; J. q! t8 |

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......0 n  \- G: ^' U6 P% L* D
! \% C! H: h$ b" \; B* Z
for the extended interview:
0 v. T8 B. }2 P  }4 ]5 i0 u
! Y6 }1 ^' b, m3 H7 _1 v* Yit's divided into 2 sections,
3 {' |6 q! X% k  v& D0 x1 is impromptu talk) o5 O) K; g, G3 _2 i5 m9 f& ]8 L
another is group discusion
7 Q! ?/ d+ f$ X' e, y7 N5 Y# E% N
all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare  _/ U1 I0 ~  m

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

( r8 }% F+ I/ C2 Q+ B; y& Tthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!% a% }& J% ~1 \6 b, c* p) c
