for the preliminary interview:

2 g; D& e# Z& |4 g0 x1 D Sthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......0 L, ]& m. for the extended interview:% m( J* d4 a# H+ i' R

it's divided into 2 sections, b4 L% s2 c% t$ j/ g/ A- n

another is group discusion

& {; I7 ]7 L% p/ H5 simpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare5 v* {) u6 n+ G4 A' Z1 B! ?

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

* u, p+ {- L: C$ Sgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

2 _" S C. n2 D0 _2 D( { d. wthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
