for the preliminary interview:7 u2 b6 r8 v2 c: A: c

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......8 S* T( |" I% [$ r# L. p

! v% V7 F3 T( sfor the extended interview:. l8 n/ J! V! t5 _  J) t

" ^3 k/ K; C! j) O; G1 bit's divided into 2 sections,9 u! w! `  N- ^* M6 G; B  B6 t
1 is impromptu talk
/ a. D5 ]. u5 ]. F  V0 z" xanother is group discusion
* G! B0 t- P! E/ ^' ^5 C5 B! v  c7 A  d* V& N
all conducted in english" V$ S+ o+ J) D' x4 M
% Q  Q, {9 i4 G- Z, m! A
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

4 J# Z' c) q; C' j5 ^topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
