for the preliminary interview:# o1 q. Y; u& S3 @6 f# ?$ K

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....... J- x# K. _& W% e

4 b* v  X4 L3 W4 ~for the extended interview:
/ v5 a/ n+ L0 Z! O  ?) K  U8 x9 s8 f; S4 R
it's divided into 2 sections,) s& B7 q2 r, u9 n' T; `1 m
1 is impromptu talk
$ m3 o  i9 C& \0 ?3 p) x/ K% Uanother is group discusion/ O; `6 E5 z' D1 N8 @  V2 A
# b. X# m' Q7 a+ V% @  U
all conducted in english

* ]4 ], _# z3 Eimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare9 h. K( d/ h) X) l' w+ G" g9 L" z

topic like "environment, biscuit...."  O' a0 ?# w" J% R

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
