there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion% `3 U( {- }0 s0 y
+ {" N5 l0 t6 {, R& K$ @+ z( [1 P2 G9 O
all conducted in english

1 z2 P! V X7 l5 w0 U2 X7 Fimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

" m4 ^& i, v1 ~0 I: C$ J: f% igroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:
