for the preliminary interview:

1 |0 W. @) I8 D5 Tthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

  d" u; b; W' r/ }$ j8 [+ xfor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,4 Q1 i5 k+ y/ s; a$ ^
1 is impromptu talk, T5 {8 R- R4 U9 f. I
another is group discusion  a9 T# T4 w( o: \

5 @, E' J5 x% ]7 _! ?all conducted in english
* V1 w4 ~/ |- D8 X1 R% w% P) V3 a+ ^, \" n  B% h' ^
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare
) o& _  e" t' }( J- i$ x$ J; D7 p' N6 e9 F- ~
topic like "environment, biscuit...."5 \# M0 H0 @# n4 M

, L3 A' u4 j* }- C1 k4 X* zgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!2 z8 s2 K/ S% ?8 z
