for the preliminary interview:

7 e  A" }" @& g- F4 lthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......6 @  |- J- S  r4 k/ t5 w- u

1 is impromptu talk

# _; \( C0 H4 j" ngroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion6 g! f: v' Y! |# Z7 p- r& k
! V+ Q8 F9 n) A$ E( @5 g

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
