for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

( A5 p1 r* O4 }5 n2 Tit's divided into 2 sections,

0 u/ |% ^' F- {7 N) J/ v/ wanother is group discusion

all conducted in english( E7 b6 h6 s7 [: u {
9 S4 y$ g# m7 D; Z O% ~- n/ Eimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

/ ?' {$ b: }6 Ogroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!/ ~0 h% K: M5 c/ H1 i/ ]
