for the preliminary interview:! ?" n. z1 i8 `  M: U9 \9 G9 m

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......) B  A% o% [6 Z4 o8 J8 Q( b

, h5 l8 ~0 }& J# i/ Qfor the extended interview:

2 f6 w) q4 ^2 l8 a$ ]1 {2 \it's divided into 2 sections,
4 e. X4 O8 ?* ~5 _1 is impromptu talk# O; O# P  g. w9 M
another is group discusion( Q% g) N* H( S5 C

& L8 n" _* {* S6 t! h7 I) ]all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."8 h, @+ g5 j9 g9 v

$ b9 P; e8 D" ?0 j3 lgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!2 Q  D! y. Z* _! u+ v% ~
