for the preliminary interview:* J* }6 k" ]9 l' B) b

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......0 i8 R& e* ~! J; r

& r& t* Z6 _- T& ^. yfor the extended interview:& ?- j% ]2 F  v1 [* A- @
) U2 Q% Q# B* M: X/ U! i# y1 u
it's divided into 2 sections,
" H* O& Y2 x5 n/ s9 @8 q1 is impromptu talk
0 `/ L; h0 F& I( Qanother is group discusion6 N: H. r" H7 `( d) i

7 r$ m$ m0 P0 j  ]  h/ Aall conducted in english; m3 B) y( |* ]9 W: @& w

; v7 c5 E: {" J7 T! n0 Yimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

# \6 M3 M& O1 o/ e. ttopic like "environment, biscuit...."

; Y9 V) h( \( F: ^4 d3 dgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!) U# E6 r  T1 g$ X
