for the preliminary interview:  v5 A/ C* Z& [6 h# B0 x# \

& K8 u( e, D+ S6 H1 t- Kthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......+ Y' o3 J- K3 N9 a* L
  ^) p+ h5 b0 E+ D
for the extended interview:( N5 ^4 M$ t" ~8 I* i

it's divided into 2 sections,

) D0 }# s' S6 s1 R8 w" B3 y9 `another is group discusion1 X, C) l: a7 b! M% R* Y& n) J9 @: |( a

6 k% o+ H1 Y2 lall conducted in english

4 X+ }8 e3 c- |" g4 X2 k- dimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

7 V1 v; ?/ }) `; X5 z- Jtopic like "environment, biscuit...."

8 U3 v3 E2 L& p  Y% v; H; s: W- \group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion2 `0 Y$ j  X& w! C

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!3 \/ c$ N; O8 E2 J4 {
