for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,
& A% r; d* d5 Q1 is impromptu talk0 u3 X, s: _+ d( ?  a6 E2 H0 W# v
another is group discusion
8 S4 W$ ?- t0 n/ T# B% N/ ]/ R0 f" I9 ~; w4 a' y7 b- z* n
all conducted in english& k! s( i) e- N* r

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare' ]5 G$ B2 C' x. b. B3 [" \

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion: F7 Q. g" _" \

for final interview:

9 v: }( K' v8 n3 x& ~7 ~9 s4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
