for the preliminary interview:+ `# G# p+ [3 j$ i7 m1 @1 F

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:7 [3 C0 x8 V6 a' ]" C+ w

1 is impromptu talk: b# G' p8 }+ j, @
another is group discusion
3 X- ?0 L- I- m  K. @# N. _
; Q; J& ?. f& `3 o: q9 j6 Xall conducted in english9 I1 |* x# m& e' [$ C/ F. U

/ ?5 i5 l  M3 n6 s3 z/ \, oimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare( w# @- l9 M: y  h8 C; l6 z2 w) k

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion. {9 ~" R; [" q) s( f& ?

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes" O& `4 w7 M" n3 l7 k# s

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
