for the preliminary interview:

1 d8 y3 i# y5 t* Vthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......6 b7 T! m2 C; O$ ]

1 is impromptu talk

  S( B8 K; @+ l+ C6 O6 a4 oall conducted in english( p7 ]" \5 b; L8 h# k& C/ ^# t
# [) k, B: O- J- T' `  m' Y1 q
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare0 [6 O. s  W3 v! U/ Z

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

) R! a" n% N$ @/ x, v  ?- lgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

* V1 m$ R. r6 L; }  Cthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
