for the preliminary interview:6 P  H5 T- {5 s  s

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

9 a1 _* q; M8 n& P6 Eit's divided into 2 sections,/ O0 Y5 r$ D1 N8 H" \8 k
1 is impromptu talk* H( h9 W3 r+ o6 B2 |. B; Q( ]
another is group discusion
0 h' o- H! Q" {3 I# J& U+ `1 M+ N% b7 z
all conducted in english; ?& Y7 x! X$ E0 w2 l6 ]

& Q8 f  [5 F" z+ f. {8 c+ fimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

! j" H! o% ~3 i) v* j8 N- Bgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:& y! B8 n. Q2 z8 u" J

$ z: N, s. J' ^the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!/ j# S* y, p5 K( n6 a. o" H* U- L
