for the preliminary interview:0 t7 {5 I; _' q% H$ `: ~

- S- B6 n1 J9 r( a5 Kthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......' R! p5 G( d* |" o

; ~& c( u3 ~4 A" ?7 V; `& p  N8 Dfor the extended interview:

4 d; z/ q3 g' \' n5 j- `4 D% }3 {it's divided into 2 sections,
4 ]8 A0 Q) i6 |6 E4 @" f( t1 is impromptu talk+ B, u( o" F, b$ Y( N
another is group discusion

' m5 V# W: R  q2 p; Aall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare$ w& |2 v7 `9 E3 ~) L
. f; `0 S+ @) z3 }2 V, N2 {. B
topic like "environment, biscuit...."

: \' M# u- z8 b( `5 {group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes, [+ G0 a$ n) A0 u  R- N

: u( {6 ]5 ^# }the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
