for the preliminary interview:* t4 {: ]) V4 \; }. F- H

& ?6 \+ e* Z5 K: A) V  jthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,
3 G% P) m4 U* F$ @0 q! T, }/ U1 is impromptu talk
; ]2 E, a1 C, C: g8 ]6 s! Yanother is group discusion
7 q7 m  G. e/ E, [: I! b: X& P0 ^: a4 f  @! V, }* d
all conducted in english

* s1 e) A' o2 }  D9 S, Q) q; Gimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare9 J+ l3 ]: a. A: j0 J& Z" G0 o

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

' f  h; V6 {9 q, R' D& k$ zthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
