for the preliminary interview:6 U( t0 z, F$ E3 z+ T& W

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

  `3 X, O( {# ~/ M- o" N
* u8 I$ B( U0 U* P5 c- a" o: ~it's divided into 2 sections,& Q7 i" x) E3 q: r3 ^# z
1 is impromptu talk# k4 @6 z$ n' b) t8 t
another is group discusion
6 S4 N; z' F2 v5 C3 d" B
9 U% V  w) P6 ~& [all conducted in english
) @0 ?* y  q0 P+ J3 s
' X, K$ f, i+ L- v6 u: Bimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

$ U" ~1 x6 v# ctopic like "environment, biscuit...."" h( u/ ~9 Q% [0 j" ^9 j! n& u

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes  Q5 u' R% F" D" K* d

  T2 z! |4 z1 y4 \the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
