for the preliminary interview:$ e' G% S3 X! _1 {; X" V* L

W1 y" ] vthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......! d0 g' ?) B0 @7 P W4 f

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
/ X4 R3 y+ P5 p# {) J1 is impromptu talk
9 j0 j; J3 G# h) M3 Fanother is group discusion
" X4 U* v2 W6 D% q4 Q1 Q1 K, Z& v; ] M6 p7 q& g
all conducted in english# J4 Q0 z U2 c

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare3 {$ x9 h: r+ P$ }/ O) B& o) s" T
% c% W4 P; i6 W5 ^topic like "environment, biscuit...."

0 ^7 L. t$ U- c7 z4 l; P, igroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
