' a" }: T5 w( ]% w( vthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....... I' O; y; z) f8 ]

it's divided into 2 sections,3 S( F2 u* d' L5 [+ T( o

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare* o0 e: `0 H& ?- e0 @8 c
0 E r8 V* I) O( F: ]; Ztopic like "environment, biscuit...."$ ?7 l8 U) p! {( \7 M; n% N# @
G; O0 i& U8 W3 g& o" mgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion# m* C, \. z; p9 t0 L9 x
