for the preliminary interview:

+ p# z, [, r( R5 x8 k0 G3 v# K, Qit's divided into 2 sections,

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare" ^- o4 f: b& H. T

8 ~2 l( I& B1 L* Zgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; ~0 T0 |5 G% h+ [
