for the preliminary interview:
& f4 e1 R/ o: |7 P2 V$ y7 x5 k; f7 x/ s
there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......0 Y' A) s3 ~" |

( ^# C% v1 j/ }7 Afor the extended interview:
) G/ f# @8 U" F9 j6 ?' Y8 p& J$ X
it's divided into 2 sections,; _2 [+ L1 B! ~
1 is impromptu talk
8 J: U) T* ^5 I. Zanother is group discusion
) N& O/ j+ S. J0 t7 a% x( e$ d+ e9 Y' c0 N! Q
all conducted in english
% p, Z& e  ]; I5 i. I' h7 E0 p" E1 r
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."8 E' {  ^: v* C" e. w; r3 s# B
& m6 X$ a; |. M4 t0 F
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!/ M) h! A0 T0 O1 C4 Z5 o
