for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......! F3 K8 I+ H" Y$ Z

it's divided into 2 sections,; z/ S4 c' O5 ?! B0 t# p3 O

all conducted in english6 j8 Z5 t. P' H# U& q
+ r& q( n3 a- V2 |, \# b% o5 dimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit....". @: }1 o1 A- W' c' b" F

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion1 ~- F( f- s3 R& m P$ h

for final interview:
