for the preliminary interview:

/ {8 D6 s  R5 m' [1 |; P9 Q1 athere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......! i& F1 d3 f$ }: y

for the extended interview:

( _, k: p% T( sit's divided into 2 sections,
, U( l$ r& r& g1 is impromptu talk( w# `! G6 @, W2 H
another is group discusion. F0 y1 m# L; a8 i/ h

all conducted in english" N; Z0 o5 f5 E
. r$ g! y: A8 `8 ^2 o  w" |, N+ l
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

( t/ y9 `9 d( A; C7 X  Ytopic like "environment, biscuit...."& ~* p0 A; Z( Z+ c

" J* t/ g3 x) q  \2 z8 o; k+ v! }group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

1 s+ C) S- i* `( @/ Kthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!! N5 M6 F& Y3 k8 \7 X6 `
