for the preliminary interview:# B" i: [& }. H5 ~8 i

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......9 g% [/ w' m+ y# t% d

4 u: t: o! O! r9 Q5 |6 k( `for the extended interview:
4 B$ K5 z; N; U# \1 g/ Q5 e' y2 s/ q) k" R4 q  i5 j, I
it's divided into 2 sections,- q' `% f  X. Q' v, E) v
1 is impromptu talk
( k7 \( d/ F7 H5 Uanother is group discusion3 ~8 [! C5 w+ B( E

6 ~" {+ y7 C7 rall conducted in english
7 M. G+ Q- f- h4 u7 O3 z; ^/ e% N& d5 c5 m- W
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare2 F) g* r$ D: w1 Z, @
$ c7 k9 D! o0 v. @1 c* I6 R
topic like "environment, biscuit...."# W5 Z/ G5 f# K
8 I3 C1 R9 v/ e9 A& {9 j5 z
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ d- S$ ?# C9 A

for final interview:

! C* @# n% v% D" w5 Ethe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
