for the preliminary interview:4 I3 K' G+ L( f1 w) i' y% A

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

1 is impromptu talk
, Z% e  U, p' K) g' W  T3 Uanother is group discusion( g8 M# x& Y/ n9 {2 G$ D

' o# _+ n% p2 ]& W$ q  A: aall conducted in english
) N* X7 K1 E; i( l/ W: g) o# p: c: s, L! k' C
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

4 s9 y, R% b$ a( n: @& }7 Pgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes( k& \1 j5 A& i. ^

5 f  A( B( v4 [& x+ O; ^5 Nthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
