for the preliminary interview:

8 m9 v/ ]- s: m2 t: J1 `6 i0 Rthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,1 z1 n' C3 x% B% H. E9 v; c
1 is impromptu talk( L" G1 z0 v( B% Q# k
another is group discusion, A4 r+ Q% l' r0 U+ R$ n
/ S$ N( K( J' {: [% zall conducted in english

; k6 ]7 R( t( X, Nimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

$ K& j+ O3 m8 m& c1 e! w1 Dtopic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

/ U. n! D. K" }/ Xthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
