there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......
! Q6 D' G% _: d' m2 \& g/ B+ i- t3 ^9 a$ ?! d
for the extended interview:
& \9 ^) R9 H' i% C! w0 f# |+ w* l2 ^, @1 z$ S
it's divided into 2 sections,5 f4 X% {$ h4 p, m5 X+ g7 }
1 is impromptu talk
+ F Z& X7 s/ A# K" ^another is group discusion% u8 z$ `. t3 P3 I0 ?' l% `7 _
, r$ ~# U& |% P- a0 Q r% o5 _, Z1 ?+ iall conducted in english' L4 i+ Y& F/ n

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare# B: G% r# W8 p8 w- o4 F8 a: U8 ~

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion+ X5 @0 W2 ~$ b* Z0 _, E+ x' d

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes& {9 X7 R, o# G: O- i# X T

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
