for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......$ C( p5 Q3 d4 G6 E' {

9 x8 @: t) m! b9 ]" Iit's divided into 2 sections,

/ F/ D" I3 @+ _5 ^: Canother is group discusion' C% i( h( F3 g0 Z9 |: g+ Y; f

# ]: W4 K. j2 d; l3 yall conducted in english$ l& b% s; c9 ]5 t( Q

9 d# @# h( R& l8 y! X( J$ gimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare/ i: V% G2 N! W9 @9 _3 h& H7 H

topic like "environment, biscuit...."
9 j' S, J2 J8 C  C' [  n2 u6 F/ [7 Z/ E2 b
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion- |9 h/ v, V4 C

3 x5 c- }* U4 O7 P' Vthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
