for the preliminary interview:; F- @! j# l7 g7 ]9 r

5 w; ]7 ]7 ]7 K; K5 r' Hthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:) X2 n! E4 A3 e6 `3 v5 z1 ~' s

6 V& t5 p$ q" ^it's divided into 2 sections,# P* H' ?* O0 X5 f! ?
1 is impromptu talk  l1 H/ S/ u7 M8 N! L
another is group discusion
) Q3 O" n( L" C3 ]- ^' V& k4 v5 k% J, A: B2 r
all conducted in english( I# O  j% ]' h7 I# g3 a

0 a4 E2 Y& A/ }2 h% ~$ Mimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."! r3 P4 x" B% [& M+ L; {  k
6 ], \( ?' G' _, d" y2 H) ^
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
