for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

  Z+ U; J+ G5 V2 G1 U7 Dfor the extended interview:

1 is impromptu talk' C8 n5 I( z- y' `& G0 k4 Z. G+ {
another is group discusion( N8 X$ U6 L) t( t4 M

2 {- F/ ~$ x& a/ {# c  @0 f) Oall conducted in english

9 L$ }' O8 S6 z2 T( w* M8 b% b7 Jimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare
1 ~( \9 T* v' b+ _: m/ V, P8 q" ]# F
topic like "environment, biscuit...."% Z" j+ w$ D3 k/ l) a
# |" I' K# O# Q) ]
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion- G; e6 Y9 K7 K: }/ F
