for the preliminary interview:% k; Z5 E8 h/ E% _' e

! `+ E3 A2 K1 Y, t7 r8 Q1 `& zthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......% o# X/ Q3 k2 s4 O9 b* A" V8 b# j) M) n! }

% D) P* O) S! |" s0 w; P. Y0 pfor the extended interview:
% }. S5 y4 e- B# }$ d7 Q7 l5 q6 w2 B; U" @5 A* G
it's divided into 2 sections,: _8 r" a. v# ]
1 is impromptu talk
  K% s8 j, }/ k$ M9 m' `8 [another is group discusion. W0 h6 A3 w' h5 J& h1 T# z) H8 {

% c' ^/ h, m- h$ Z7 fall conducted in english- Z! y. Y& C7 H6 I1 C' G& C+ G0 U

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

6 Q1 E- A( H  D5 i, Gtopic like "environment, biscuit...."
& R3 v0 ?* l% I3 k- I) P1 ]$ o" j3 b% \+ }6 z8 f% I
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
