for the preliminary interview:

, Y5 h7 n2 B2 Z; F/ f' gthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

1 Z: A/ W0 N: ?% L6 r! Kanother is group discusion

all conducted in english

* p7 i" V: l6 X: fimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare1 p/ O' j; L7 `) w% h, x

U; J" i# ~ Egroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion. p4 @! w4 o3 n/ j6 _

& X5 S! e+ T: q) ~5 b6 Fthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
