. N4 j& C, j0 W: J5 B6 f- {' d: bthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

1 is impromptu talk
! f' Y7 J# ^( Z. n  ?/ b8 banother is group discusion* ?' p# `( ]7 m! N

4 Z' ~6 {: d$ k% R7 |$ kall conducted in english) Z! M: T8 {/ I; ^4 k& {) N

+ U7 V+ `0 Z& u" W8 v/ s$ j( {7 [impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

, v( e) O% Y( L" }: z  ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion  O$ l* |; {& U' u6 R

for final interview:$ R% J  L+ e' ~- b. J! O' J8 d

! y% Z- o9 [# F3 R4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes" ]" Y' X1 q; i5 n

2 y/ Z9 w" M1 p$ z2 Xthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
