there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
5 V* s+ V/ @1 K1 is impromptu talk
2 R. _% ^' H) S. @7 w9 Aanother is group discusion

/ s0 w& S, z; ?' \6 Pall conducted in english5 S$ ]6 J2 J2 \) Q S+ R6 k" g Q

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."8 u* w C' P$ i. m4 z `

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
