for the preliminary interview:

9 H3 i0 ?2 C" D5 [: o6 C' r3 m5 }7 tthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion+ _& N3 X7 A* L9 P0 l

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."! r u3 b, U: u# U. t

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion6 d' X8 L6 c" Q& |4 b# E* m
+ o+ l6 O8 P! g# M
