for the preliminary interview:

6 d$ k+ N3 ~ {5 o6 }there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:) z8 q x+ ^4 E5 _! ]

1 is impromptu talk; }- i/ w) c8 p$ K7 u3 B* l
another is group discusion( m6 @1 G, |/ p
+ M% D. ~" w. b( p* fall conducted in english1 g* l, v& V" {" I# V5 e% Z
; ]) b8 N/ p' |4 M+ mimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare# H _0 D: q/ u9 t; N% r

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion7 x% _3 w; ?2 T1 A- k% P

' C& C% k R6 qthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
