" J+ }% E% O4 qthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

( ~, D9 M0 y0 x6 ]/ Sit's divided into 2 sections,

all conducted in english

0 E" w2 F* X/ Cimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

; D) B' Z; Z) F$ ctopic like "environment, biscuit....", A3 r0 i2 Z" T7 H" `9 p+ J$ G
7 e! b& O$ C7 N+ Cgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion* t" ~9 U* E9 Y( s5 |* v
; h8 Q* T! b+ f2 v7 q* m5 j: Y0 t8 `# L
for final interview:

+ R( f$ L% J6 G& |1 v1 L z- w4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
