for the preliminary interview:$ r% M- m) d" f" }/ W5 _

/ _9 p8 \5 N7 K4 q9 Z) Ithere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,8 {; T6 U) P" y4 v9 [' W# H0 q: v
1 is impromptu talk
+ T4 B8 \$ n7 L# Z* @  Janother is group discusion9 q/ A* `% n- W7 U5 b  U

) ^, {4 J9 l6 K9 K% c6 M3 x" ?all conducted in english
) k: G/ e$ Z; V, n6 T- F9 {, A
. b4 C5 E3 k3 k" x/ {9 @, zimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion+ Y) [- C1 c7 P: H( o" R

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!: g- R' K9 A0 r" o! q  F
