for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......" G" j {7 {$ H

it's divided into 2 sections,
5 Q1 Q0 T, h+ {: V2 o1 is impromptu talk
0 t$ ~3 u+ Q- _/ qanother is group discusion: H; g8 u' F$ e
* N9 t7 O3 n2 v: T4 |) v& Z- _
all conducted in english/ V+ c8 a7 i8 e+ D; i2 P. [0 `
' Z8 ?% x" J$ e) ^1 \( p. Zimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare T0 v$ ?; a, @1 P( k" q

topic like "environment, biscuit....": p' J. a! x T. t5 f' G2 k1 d
& P/ X, H2 J1 m8 L, C7 A+ t
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!8 x! B7 y6 G2 n' ]
