for the preliminary interview:. ]6 E" h2 ~4 g( P" N# S2 W

" z) F: \8 l5 f1 i! Wthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......1 O. X4 m  I9 p/ B

" P1 c# R7 J) Z4 I7 y1 kit's divided into 2 sections,6 I9 O% [3 u( c: v8 r+ I  u
1 is impromptu talk
: e) ]; @9 x. T% O# {, T+ n  Qanother is group discusion! I3 i# ?2 G6 p( A& v# a

. W2 E4 A, j! Q* L9 vall conducted in english4 B6 Z' ~1 S% q8 m5 Z9 Q  Q  ~

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes- W7 \2 y  M* ~9 y4 `! _" B

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!5 h# y- V/ U: Y! j" ^9 N
