for the preliminary interview:0 H- z4 J) c0 K

4 x3 v1 K, a- ^3 C9 Xthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:- v; n. r+ e( B/ X

& N. q) h+ Z1 J1 zit's divided into 2 sections,
$ k! Y" u1 {' S! n5 _1 is impromptu talk
9 f( W: @7 q% |+ hanother is group discusion
8 c9 A0 e) d- m4 i- L! Y% p. l. I6 P7 U. D2 ?
all conducted in english* x) T% O0 }' g  `8 N2 P

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion" A2 x" V2 q5 Z

8 a* Z& s& f- |0 n/ z5 A' @& U4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

8 t0 G% V1 Q5 v: z. K' i9 b3 |the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
