for the preliminary interview:

- M& {6 U. Y+ g' c- L$ _4 J# b7 T, Athere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

5 H5 z' V; O: j# Himpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare8 T1 Y$ w0 w% u, H# G* w

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

* T3 k+ k* {; g5 _4 Egroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
