for the preliminary interview:, h* n- ]& m/ B9 n: C7 D- F

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

/ Q8 ~: t2 `' ~+ a5 `- Nit's divided into 2 sections,
1 C, G. @; m6 c" Q5 y# v1 is impromptu talk
( c4 ~; J5 g# ]- }, janother is group discusion9 v" \$ l5 ?' f8 t

8 O1 h; `# T& S, Lall conducted in english

) U0 h, Y) e7 n- V: ]$ Himpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare1 B! s4 Q8 x7 D- l0 T( _

topic like "environment, biscuit...."
, o# A* {6 N2 [/ K# E. e2 I4 \2 q% I; v. W+ C+ d$ o
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
