there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......9 q# J v. `" Q
2 J! C" v Q2 u E+ o. jfor the extended interview:& a. w: I8 Y; C6 j* h o, D: c( P9 E3 n

it's divided into 2 sections,
$ a) h- Y: j1 M" A5 X1 is impromptu talk! u! u8 w8 o. J, e, L% M, C& [
another is group discusion; H2 f m6 ^/ N7 m: a" x7 L
& A. @. }3 w; ?all conducted in english# G; D9 x* p) L4 J& z* T
* B* h* E9 r. l. u3 V. o+ o
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare2 z2 o( C* i3 ]/ x& |! L
$ v7 Z5 O0 P7 Y1 Vtopic like "environment, biscuit...."
/ h$ `$ N" S4 B0 |& D& |4 C( ^5 g1 M( [& E
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:! N4 ]! Y2 P# N/ ?! P

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier! M0 @ X7 D7 Y$ A8 t; _" s
