there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

1 is impromptu talk' L/ m3 Y, {' o! U6 b2 N7 z
another is group discusion' Z; D2 C% I9 a; z, h/ W
9 e e# o+ I# Z( u$ U% aall conducted in english

8 `! d7 S4 j6 b; b- i! wimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

: Z3 G1 P$ z% F2 jgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ J; [8 C+ `' X6 S) H h6 }3 d7 x

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!2 t n8 H8 l8 o! p: F8 o" ]: ^
