for the preliminary interview:

1 g" ~& A0 ~6 _( U( ~; hthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

/ U# N4 U6 ~" E; s3 Y5 }1 }for the extended interview:2 W' B1 N0 n8 K: o, d
) p J. P$ l" a6 f) K7 J2 Dit's divided into 2 sections,

9 H& g" I. E2 k6 c canother is group discusion; H6 G. c1 r' s- o H5 j

all conducted in english

) {$ `* B; |1 Z$ B+ bimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare( P7 k7 v$ h/ _8 i0 A7 X! v
2 u! Z% L. U! o$ W, K4 t3 htopic like "environment, biscuit...."- i" V w1 ^4 I/ ~' a

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
