for the preliminary interview:

; f' e- W8 {* r, N, dthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......5 X4 d: w& U3 V4 j( ? x- A

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

all conducted in english

" q+ z/ i1 Y3 k4 v8 f+ v5 Yimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

{3 u9 M$ p9 Y( Ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion! p/ R9 f" @: h# ^2 P; ?

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
