for the preliminary interview:# k+ h- L' [4 z
/ U5 ~/ ]' \3 h, _7 G$ U' gthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......& A8 \3 v9 t0 o4 L+ x# H5 l3 `

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

9 ]9 _: N1 i9 [/ i* ~* gall conducted in english6 H0 M# p2 y! J4 p+ u, k
, F* R+ C7 H+ r0 ~+ W' B
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare2 u$ h0 E% a; U; q+ j1 T4 p
% {# }) R% G8 t% q6 \$ r! Dtopic like "environment, biscuit...."- k5 N; y) H, {
& q9 l. c& D/ O! E5 O/ Y0 z* c3 vgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
