for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......* n+ s" U- L$ r& c4 P# G7 V4 n

for the extended interview:

another is group discusion9 v7 b! W, X# D* v) n& k6 r

/ z6 x1 [% B8 E C9 ^. V! aimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

F% l# K: s' j2 ~group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion& x3 K: \7 A3 [# U* u, Q+ {5 f) t

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!/ k( w6 g$ k ~) Q* d* |
