for the preliminary interview:

% ?# _! i9 x, dthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

+ B4 C5 F& c4 J3 \0 J( F9 G' Gall conducted in english& Q7 _0 C) H% `; A2 r+ G/ K2 v
2 O& I+ D" h! c! F# n3 X; @impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

! `9 M" j; K! j' t; k# p% u- @group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
