for the preliminary interview:

* J9 h6 @* N: B$ m$ Y5 [there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

1 is impromptu talk

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare$ N$ a* R( |, A" V$ I4 H0 g0 u

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion5 V( Z: }3 H# B$ h0 q# D# ]' {8 U5 t

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
