4 c9 ~: R8 i( {: ~, Hthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......4 [+ B8 N$ i# n% r" ^

1 is impromptu talk

1 F# r- ~- e) i# d- V' y
all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare5 B' C0 E7 o+ g7 N5 h5 s+ g

& R% F( S# M; s% h) tgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion7 O3 N8 g& H8 o3 b

for final interview:
