for the preliminary interview:

* `! c/ [4 ~8 K; uthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......3 V8 g+ S" \( D  u

for the extended interview:2 s6 q' `8 D3 H

/ @7 Q0 s/ p) Xit's divided into 2 sections,1 v# F# Y7 u' ~  P  E* W
1 is impromptu talk
' K5 W! G- K/ \: nanother is group discusion
/ i& ^6 x9 @# z
9 m- z7 l6 h1 S5 L5 p6 pall conducted in english( N! k5 I4 r$ d  y- n0 a8 J3 A
  s4 H1 D( ^7 g  T% W& s: u
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare0 e) B; s4 w3 Y

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:
2 W9 q! Y# c- z7 b/ U
6 y' S% C+ C3 X2 K5 e; V4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
