for the preliminary interview:, s  [# P' g- w, m9 Q: j

9 ?8 ~$ N* b/ tthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......6 l. X: Z! ?# m3 r4 S8 \, R7 g

2 m# Y! ~' W- `, R0 V# ~# H7 B: |for the extended interview:3 s$ G; l" M/ C  I- z

3 R+ c2 q) c( Y  kit's divided into 2 sections,5 J- D3 T. q; D+ P. O+ u
1 is impromptu talk
7 s$ `& k2 U. N: ganother is group discusion
+ L& O" W3 p% g0 P: n- s4 ]/ S9 S( k7 L
all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare" W$ Q3 O* N7 B& O5 t2 G, S

/ T& k% l5 J) `7 {- A) |) g9 {( vgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:
