for the preliminary interview: @, O; u& X! U; j. ~8 o. H4 L( d

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:: f( S, l+ s$ C; r" S8 [
( G0 c7 J0 }: B2 \it's divided into 2 sections,; T6 x$ m, ]( h" z5 `0 F
1 is impromptu talk# X( m+ M! `4 D5 Y& F
another is group discusion

all conducted in english3 m3 k n1 L9 s( z

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare( Q/ B4 w! p, ]4 Q/ I

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion8 s" w' I/ n% D& c0 F1 o, j
