for the preliminary interview:

4 H4 T/ g) ]$ K0 w. l }there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......% |1 X" _# c! l% ^6 d

it's divided into 2 sections,

% X* p& x% |6 ^/ |impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare+ C# ^0 i# C2 N* J& c

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

% r* A- E4 t/ V/ `9 G5 \group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
