for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......# ?0 n, z. F3 ?; n* Q: Q

for the extended interview:0 I; M' i( p/ X! g9 |2 W

! @& z8 ?; u' T1 E% N% ~, W. y1 Iit's divided into 2 sections,
' c1 }9 l  F$ Q7 q1 is impromptu talk: I: r3 r* \6 b& o/ ]: v
another is group discusion0 d- k9 \5 b# {3 h

% J5 n# c# P3 E! lall conducted in english  D& @9 i7 i$ S- F

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

X. x/ lgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; _% X/ V7 n( Y; u

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
