for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

+ K: f; t9 r2 D ^6 H8 K# nit's divided into 2 sections,

* p( V. `$ ^9 @( v! {another is group discusion

" {' f7 y& g& A8 O1 jimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

" L& @ j! f$ Ngroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion7 g [) n: K4 G# U# L+ Q2 P ^
