8 [+ I$ e0 g) a6 x# S2 ?5 r- _there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......# F: S& |1 P. 4 I. C) K, N0 I, y5 c/ @, X; Cfor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
6 o2 G: N7 l8 W2 q% u7 L1 is impromptu talk
( u+ |% P; L8 T% Panother is group discusion
, [" F! n" x/ y7 k6 O0 T+ P& Z5 q3 ]6 h7 r9 }) l
all conducted in english- z- u/ O: j1 }! M( M/ @ i

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare! T0 _+ x$ t4 z, Q" t4 D
) O5 H* R2 B8 M8 utopic like "environment, biscuit...."# I/ q6 |0 J: X( w! |6 I
9 D5 L7 Z* ?. W1 h9 C) z W( T6 }group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion' h7 N2 Q/ }/ e6 x0 T' {* u" X: S

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
