for the preliminary interview:

6 z4 k! H( j% p2 p9 mthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,# K  Z/ K# n9 J: S! f  f# r5 L4 W2 P
1 is impromptu talk+ j6 O* |1 W, Y7 Z
another is group discusion9 s- R+ Q' {9 @2 J1 Z  C

( ^4 T1 r$ W/ L$ z% Pall conducted in english4 h; G* {* ~2 q
4 V+ i# G2 D( q
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare3 {* T$ q$ G; n- L$ D6 b

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:  D6 n: h% A" A( ^  [$ t

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes$ ]1 n6 r6 z1 N
