for the preliminary interview:1 M6 N0 ]- |4 c' H: X
+ O  v5 p2 q8 H. ~& W
there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

' N! c- T" ]/ F. x( h: tit's divided into 2 sections,8 ]  J) r, \8 X2 Q$ K, S! R
1 is impromptu talk7 V$ m& }  h' `
another is group discusion8 w4 P* o# v1 \% ^  L* r1 w

* @3 F0 ?9 @7 N( m5 y( Mall conducted in english
9 U, Z9 N2 r, t3 X8 e. m. d7 e7 ^
& e) S; o3 l$ D! z2 Z. ~6 r+ i6 {impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."& U( c3 a  v% m

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion$ i# m& d8 T: _! E

for final interview:+ J- `' N4 j2 c9 z1 y- O/ O

; E  n. ?2 C9 U* O4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes9 ~3 I+ t2 o$ C% u+ j/ Y9 z) r

* j+ s- X$ ^; \the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
