for the preliminary interview:

0 d' i6 P" Y2 h$ B  p) h5 \  Q  O) zthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......9 `! x3 O9 H' D1 O3 G

5 G9 f& G: A/ h6 Kfor the extended interview:

& j' a- ?) Y; G  Dit's divided into 2 sections,
5 l) R7 \* P. G" `) J9 K& S1 is impromptu talk4 q6 w7 ?: D+ z7 ^
another is group discusion

; u% V0 e" b) ^# J  qall conducted in english8 [" K; y- s- R; ^2 J  X& D

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion1 ]1 k8 h' }2 k: S  ~
! ]+ Q0 u9 n- O5 B+ Y3 p

for final interview:6 \" T1 B- }0 ^+ k' y

" f& j  T$ v: s# Z# b4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

* B; ?# G4 q: r2 athe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
