there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( ^; l7 H- Y9 H; v# f4 s
" r$ O* a* {' C$ I1 K+ o0 r7 C' ]for the extended interview:

1 is impromptu talk

$ K% ^( Z; W; d( call conducted in english; t6 }: s# E4 d! |
: t" g) Q- q& {impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare* c& u: O3 ^- O9 A
k/ M" Q, [+ b, F% ]( qtopic like "environment, biscuit...."9 o1 |9 M/ m2 ?0 G7 N/ g0 W; f6 Q
- F1 p5 g" s( Z8 O) }+ ]8 @group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion9 p N: Z z: s( C& x7 v2 H% p

for final interview:

1 k& L% u, J7 o+ X9 j8 N$ O% Ethe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
