for the preliminary interview:+ W! _5 H- V8 [) M; l

' q, O$ x# a' x4 rthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

9 K* B) ?2 ~; Kfor the extended interview:/ y* A# W7 n: H, X' G/ x- `3 Z
/ u4 V( o) T. g6 C; \2 O+ |# T
it's divided into 2 sections,
# Q" S" Y7 {$ ?3 U4 `' F/ j1 is impromptu talk6 c* m9 ]; x* Y6 ~9 y8 k2 S* Y
another is group discusion, @% b6 d( B: n% m# A5 g
+ S+ C9 N' t3 ?3 _
all conducted in english2 F3 f2 t  X+ x# `$ e+ o
, r) W/ r: O6 o( s- P
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion" I$ y" _+ B4 @5 c6 {4 R

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes- [- g& o, [1 Q) k6 o% X8 `2 P

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!& {* ]" ?" q" z8 N5 M3 ?0 I; k
