there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

9 ^( r, D( `3 S- A8 w$ eit's divided into 2 sections,
) D/ @0 ~! F! k R8 A1 is impromptu talk
& K! N5 ]8 Q [1 }, qanother is group discusion8 ^4 z3 q; [" b- P2 N! G; D5 Q0 C) `
5 ~1 g" h& P. ?' I3 {all conducted in english

% ~7 M. ~3 ?' h ~impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

) z T0 w& B( L, N( i1 @ fgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion9 w# C4 p5 o" t Y1 M* a

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
