for the preliminary interview:

3 `  Q. [2 [' K# Gthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

  K) V# f8 y9 G6 L9 yfor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,( l: }# x- y5 W/ B
1 is impromptu talk0 E. S- V6 ^9 p. o. P1 E
another is group discusion
3 K. d& a& `9 N: C, L. W* Z: K! Q6 c- e# Z' r! N! z# B2 s; f/ N
all conducted in english+ S1 {% s+ P. V. X; B: C

) w7 o" H3 ?7 y& y& N- I6 nimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare, O: z  {- p: C$ l6 x" @2 j7 @

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion, {8 J( T! B$ P3 \+ s

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

9 u5 n0 A; v2 x# ~+ rthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
