for the preliminary interview:# G( |( F4 @& b2 `4 o+ M1 C9 c3 l' G

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......' z4 m) s7 y/ c6 q1 J

' f5 S7 w: v" f( H. Sfor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
: p; w7 f' n0 F1 is impromptu talk
' t; u( r2 p  B& ganother is group discusion
6 G. z/ P* P8 D( }  L9 G. j4 h. T5 H& T9 G7 |" f: m: {# j+ h$ ]
all conducted in english

. v# q' q% h1 d* Z1 u! Himpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

; j# _: b" B- ~) R  E/ ?& ftopic like "environment, biscuit....", E5 k: s# r& b3 \) m* y
! a& t" ?' k8 Z8 B7 N! I  b
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion  [% [! {8 u8 v* C, h2 M1 r+ U

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!) y* E% U% ?6 E/ g
