for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......* i# w! \: Y3 _5 \5 {& T
6 j# }* S0 d8 |! P! Ufor the extended interview:4 m0 i. n" x* M+ h& R, X. x5 N+ O

it's divided into 2 sections,& G+ j& T8 k$ F4 ]
1 is impromptu talk

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare4 ~* @' t- E# p/ [

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

" }3 Q: f, e: P; cgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion* F+ L* x2 `# T2 m o
