for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......3 m' @8 R( Q/ S6 D1 S8 p

it's divided into 2 sections,

2 B n; \9 ~; _+ p d+ aanother is group discusion

* q/ M, W' s2 @& N& M' B o# Xall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion, W' G% B: _* o! v0 B# n
