for the preliminary interview:

for the extended interview:

1 is impromptu talk

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

7 _" {% ^8 X* _, Q& {- {group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion4 P4 }( k( w5 a& A1 }+ E
