for the preliminary interview:

* W) q1 o) \+ ^0 I" ithere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......' W3 ~" h5 ]& u) M+ O# z N, F
: z3 P {& y3 m5 U, ~) V. H" F+ W
for the extended interview: {1 k) U# N) c; D, m
, Q0 K! w* i7 R! z( V! \4 ^0 u
it's divided into 2 sections,

/ B+ I! o. @$ Banother is group discusion

all conducted in english

. t: |3 d& R8 ^. ~: K) G# Mimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare' u: f* K; I9 I6 K/ U' U
0 V- G7 f7 W# l& d9 f6 o" }topic like "environment, biscuit...."+ j! X# K5 O) F& W, {
; i3 d; H- `0 [+ s0 G2 v
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes5 R' x( x0 t: d

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
