for the preliminary interview:# s/ f# K: l+ ]) e4 Y" {' P

5 `+ j9 x8 ^9 G$ ~: B' K# }there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

$ K' |0 S. a& \, h& U. G3 [$ X
it's divided into 2 sections,
1 x: [' f& E6 i3 R/ V1 is impromptu talk5 k' {" F# F+ s" L/ j3 W! ^% i$ C
another is group discusion
8 a: U& T) W+ l% H: @" i& u- V1 t: p6 c, K$ Y2 W: B8 q) a  G
all conducted in english3 a1 e1 R1 n+ p) Z' x6 w, Y

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare$ J8 f4 y8 g% Z% }" o' X, a

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

$ D9 Q% Y5 k2 ^8 p# A0 Ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:- U: M  ?. ~( B& E; K4 Y. r1 g. b( q

  z, r2 E5 X% R" M+ t* [9 C4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
