for the preliminary interview:' q2 [# y. s! w. r; _8 w* G6 [

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......$ q4 S0 ~# {4 P3 x1 ?

for the extended interview:9 ]( k+ _* R" i
9 l) j, R( E$ D, }! V, v
it's divided into 2 sections,
3 |2 H# a" P% n" J, ^7 y1 is impromptu talk
4 n+ k8 F' A7 L# x- Z; o( {1 Kanother is group discusion! m. |3 {" Y+ h6 k7 \) L# e
7 i5 v$ }: t! D
all conducted in english) A6 Y! }' g- j# i

& D$ L+ }3 j9 t1 \1 i8 r) Himpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

I5 w/ pgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

+ x/ x/ v, h3 C/ n* A4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
