for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

" o1 V1 B+ Z. fit's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion' _% m% l1 s' l4 I* D0 u* M" ]
- w+ M3 }, S  _; ^" C7 W2 v" T- Z
all conducted in english7 Y/ [: e7 ]9 }

% }- p/ _, ]5 Oimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare2 n! t  Y9 u0 }7 K% w( N. E

topic like "environment, biscuit...."& r% A) h) m  }3 V6 F

3 q. i+ Z  D- Z8 O& Q9 Z- Lgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
