Mthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( Z% @# O; _+ B# ]' x/ ^

for the extended interview:

another is group discusion

( X, i# u! t. r$ Q4 b# X ~# o7 call conducted in english, Q. }; t9 r2 {. Q
# C* ]0 L5 s' @/ v9 F5 Z9 L. Cimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare) S0 o5 {9 }5 H& q# {: {

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
