for the preliminary interview:

& O  y, R+ j% v$ v6 U8 A5 Athere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,6 ?0 J" a1 I" _+ t6 r; m! b
1 is impromptu talk
: d) x4 G& d- {0 Y9 I, W0 vanother is group discusion5 [1 c3 M( H' \7 d; N/ ~

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

  D8 M( F& \1 m' W, |group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion3 }/ d. ^( |' f: o# v, N

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!# ^+ M/ d' ?- \! q& [( ~
