for the preliminary interview:

5 Z: ]  m) |1 Othere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,
, J0 M9 s2 Q8 X4 }) |3 U1 is impromptu talk
( y' e7 g& X- F3 Y- Q5 l, I$ ranother is group discusion

, E) |( ]. W1 S6 f% f( @# z9 Iall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare4 T- ?) h, o/ f# Y: Z5 H

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

8 ^3 ?4 T& Q, g" a3 |' J  e* t" Agroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

5 w4 J( |& K1 jthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
