for the preliminary interview:

" x$ t: L) H0 J1 g! \. t$ Athere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare; ~3 ~5 a, O! I: s# h7 B0 d9 R
9 B; J8 Z1 d* x1 Z; itopic like "environment, biscuit...."8 }1 m6 W0 t: }* s/ M5 H* t
9 C9 b- C1 u8 i; C( Q3 c' f; jgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; R! P+ C5 ^9 `! z& `" @

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
