for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......0 C: y" y9 t5 ~- I

6 Y# ]# U9 \* H* O4 @( Q4 dfor the extended interview:
) j- D8 V' ]2 L/ G, n4 H# f, {0 W: _; h3 ~& v# ~1 W" L( O0 N8 b+ V
it's divided into 2 sections,3 }2 P/ t# C0 Q5 r6 p
1 is impromptu talk
7 L5 q* }4 V4 Q& t0 sanother is group discusion
% `1 x0 d; o2 u9 }) W$ a' `5 S0 C6 R. U$ M/ g
all conducted in english) O, V1 X5 ^. [( w
/ K8 S/ n/ z: E; Q# x
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion* T) ?7 `6 [, d( j

& }& f/ D& g0 s2 K" e/ D% C$ A) W" `5 u
for final interview:
- N0 w/ }3 H) h: l  G; |4 Y. _6 \1 h5 M
4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!& p5 R) d4 A' c# W7 x
