for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,: }$ ~. E3 p6 f( U" J- m
1 is impromptu talk8 }. {% N: [& b: z2 ~
another is group discusion

all conducted in english" i7 z+ N+ U) `! d- u

  d; V* [; \0 ?. S+ ]# h+ jimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

/ I6 ^( F7 {0 a1 jgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion1 G4 g, J6 Y2 z6 a& X5 I6 g! G
