for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......; {1 {" [9 d; d( Z' @/ o1 ?
# O, y4 [/ t U! O2 T {$ T+ [for the extended interview:, ~7 D( y! m9 B& i9 R: ^
) v, X- t" E. I# Z- xit's divided into 2 sections,
' s9 e! H9 D: Q( G% Y3 M1 is impromptu talk' } e6 I9 K0 @* C( f* v
another is group discusion
7 b# x6 ?! n# c+ X3 U2 Z4 q0 Y- M3 E" p$ c6 d# y
all conducted in english& `4 U" _! H* k9 q) E
4 t9 S2 v1 \( w; x; d2 e5 limpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
