for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

% X/ s/ m( S1 Q6 Xfor the extended interview:

5 a3 d1 K9 w9 `6 Iit's divided into 2 sections,9 D1 G# T$ @0 e( d6 _7 D* Z
1 is impromptu talk
7 P! m1 [% [' W  V& {/ D% vanother is group discusion0 [/ i+ l" e$ q1 G1 ?& g
8 Z1 F* X' C, `1 D$ ^- z
all conducted in english9 G6 R" a- {0 ^  l

# y" d# a2 r  [impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

$ i! {! X. P2 z. ?topic like "environment, biscuit....". F# o# U3 Z9 M# A3 L

: L4 T" V& ~7 f+ [; H+ cgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; {6 [1 A0 ^' a

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!0 D. |2 C# C# V6 j$ T
