3 a. Q2 e3 p! ~2 ?$ `; vthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:# ?# t( F' R4 O; }& G2 r

$ V: ]: w1 _% s+ H( ~4 Q6 c9 git's divided into 2 sections,
3 q7 d  O& e* o0 o( G5 w+ i9 |1 is impromptu talk
' G* U; O  a4 g! p' D* z0 n. R( banother is group discusion3 R- A; x% L% ~+ n; `

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare$ i4 b* i- r$ R( i3 A6 C

G' ^8 E" q- U2 S  igroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion! _; z0 G! L& t" H6 W" s

3 T8 a0 @8 Y% F& t% F3 y, Pthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
