there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:" S# q. h$ U) a

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion0 J4 s- w$ N6 i4 g& d/ [" z& J% `
1 _; _8 t( f$ h, h9 p0 z) vall conducted in english

8 g1 G& r( F: W! B5 `impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare4 c" [2 q8 X8 O4 i; F& ?

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion% j8 u1 b; [' f# V

+ C) R+ b5 s6 s% c4 j+ Q# _2 kfor final interview:/ d# g! E1 h5 J$ i

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
