- Allow 版主們 to remove the points that 版友 just simply 轉貼 from other sites.2 [" D# c3 e1 e0 {  l

The effects are:! {8 y, j) G' c
- 版友 can still post interesting posts here to share with others (just won't get point addition).

- It gives basis for 版主們 to ban people who keep on 呃post by 搬字過紙.
