做掌上壓之問題...

唔知大家有冇呢個經驗, 做完掌上壓既時候,無論做得點平衡 , 
隻右手硬係累過左手?

咁樣會唔會代表我做得唔正確呢? 
你用開右手
咁就當然係咁啦
你一定係右手用力多過左手嫁
正常既
你重心傾向左手咁練咪得囉

我平時都係盡量將兩隻手壓到岩岩90度

然後殷住離伸直

咁樣受力會平均d

Sorry , maybe I was too concentrated on reading all of their suggestions and comments , so I forgot to reply .

Thank you very much for you guys' advice and encouragement , I have read it carefully  , and I truly appreciate it .


And for my question concerning the uneven distribution of exhaustion between my two arms after doing push-ups , I would like to know one more thing , would it affect the muscular development of my arms ?

之前有版友話右手累過左手係正常 ,亦有版友話可以改善 ,  但我想知如果我長期做掌上壓都係右手累過左手, 會唔會有咩壞影響?? 譬如 , 搞到我右手過份粗過左手.. ?

長期咁做

只會練到你隻右手好大力

而大隻就"唔多會"囉

唔會有太大既改變


你做掌上壓

其實都係練緊"持久力"昨嘛

又唔係練"爆炸力"

咁樣何來會令到隻右手變"大隻"
完全錯晒!!!
做掌上壓既目的唔係練手,係練胸!
你應該集中用胸既力,而唔係用手力!

yes, just want to make sure you are alright, happy and enjoy in here.
I don't play basketball for ages as I am older and I am concentrating on refereeing in soccer nowadays.

But I shot a lot when I was younger, .. saying 10 years ago....
We are blessed that we can watch sports, to do many things...
so be happy!
主要係練胸,手只係輔助,所以手不會練到好粗!

也是經你們提醒才知道掌上壓是練胸的..以前一直也以為是練手臀...實在是多謝你們的提醒!!
