The Wall Street Journal's Market Beat blog also said on Tuesday
morning that the bank's five-year credit default swaps were trading
at a spread approaching 4 full percentage points. "Bank of America's
five-year CDS spread, meanwhile, is pushing to 400 basis points,
a record high. In other words, higher than the levels it hit during the
financial crisis," the blog reported. |
