The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

What government, world city are too unreal to me) |) F% }1 _. j3 q3 L
Everyone got a different ideal Hong Kong in mind4 C# C2 K* x* J: i4 k4 R
I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese: S: K7 p+ h" Z6 f- f& @& D. }
So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low4 O( [8 w; M8 K- v5 \' f
However, the style and quality are must worse than Japan./ Q8 j# G/ I2 B  k; K" u) ^& \
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.
# p) n- j$ [* y% j( c. pBut that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable& a, Q5 k. X" ^, Z' F: T
Secondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living
% w( |8 d- ^% r. [So, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel, |5 ~; f+ b( H! ~
Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,! }4 f2 i+ [, D/ e* r" a
People are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK.
( T7 ?) e' U/ G! v  V- K- @3 dMy ideal Hong Kong is more land, more house

1 X5 _, W" p1 F; s+ z! vAll other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue1 r( k1 a2 d8 V; P
In my ideal Hong Kong, the attitude are still the same, such as MK style.

Lastly, I don't wanna see too many Chinese in Hong Kong* j% c- X# x- G; q% x+ B
I see all Chinese as foreigner. I know Hong Kong is a Chinese city1 ]- Q  U8 e# |+ i5 D% u$ r& F8 Q
But in my ideal Hong Kong, Hong Kong must be the most population0 W( s$ v8 R& k' }9 H5 n+ M
