1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.) e$ Q5 H# b! X& o; e

) u- R1 q. H7 D$ }3 yWhen I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.

! P' i# Q! o$ ~9 i; i/ D7 v# ~The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think.
