How about at the hospital?
+ c+ q; L1 A7 |" D1 N( O) S* q+ T! Q0 H- g) d# h+ m- v/ J+ k) a
I touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.

/ s+ ?0 ~9 {0 a1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.
+ D9 d# _, T1 H! _7 x9 i1 D" x/ U0 `9 Z
When I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
