nearly all the buses (Golden colour buses) are low platform buses!!!% V; ^8 h) m& ^3 u* A9 F/ B
White colour/non air-cond buses are called "platform buses"
# U/ W( H9 b% o6 L8 u" z7 @it's because you need to walk a step up when you catch a bus

The first photo is Dennis Trident 12M, with Citybus,one of the low platform bus model
/ c! A! @. R$ |3 J, c" Y! TThe second one is Leyland Olympain 12M, with "platform bus"( U; z! {5 m) F
See clearly, that's 2 step if you go inside the bus.
