I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..( a  K9 N+ H1 l- z' w# P8 A6 f
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment5 w# O: O, G+ J' ^0 O+ j1 k
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
