I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..& S; _# d0 a3 R: z1 r1 M% V
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment  F* _3 ^5 c4 R+ e& w
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
