I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely... g3 e+ U2 L9 z! |5 a& z5 R
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment1 ?! U% u! Q; Q' m  l
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
