! p1 s0 r6 [% m# B4 }' ?sorry, I can't agree to this.. we have no evidence to backup the interpretation...  whether or not it is a punishment.. I can only say I don't know.  but there is a lot we can do..  to care, to love the people, and to preach the gospel.
