Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,

5 u) Z$ X8 h3 ]. h6 l2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
* t) F9 k0 ]5 n' Z8 `) l6 E  L2 N, Y
' k% w2 q2 P% E! W" OMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

/ L) e0 G7 z' t4 @& V, l! bFor example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. + ^% n* X* w6 x  ^& \9 q

! W* _/ |3 t# F7 ETherefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
