Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
3 X6 }2 r' Q+ E1 J4 K! n% h" X7 n4 [0 X5 y" X4 q6 a
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! 5 F$ u! ~/ ~1 T2 v; {8 p1 @* Z
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish., g9 d. h# x% K2 f' U3 h
; o! A1 F5 h: R
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
& J9 u' q; c! ^& l* ?% V! F7 u$ o  G
A balance diet, and exercise regularly ! t1 Q6 y( l( C9 K. m5 {3 ?8 U

Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
3 c9 T% H- L- d! Z
! }1 O% @0 R( u" j+ Z/ bFor example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.* h% }2 m/ P# z6 D" y% [0 a: Y
