/ X: \  ]5 Q$ e9 V, h3 VBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
: |3 k% t$ y+ y; E: F2 h3 z7 r9 D, Z$ k) |, O3 R% @2 T- c! \* S7 }! a
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
! i: ^, J! b7 ~! U8 {1 W4 m- L
# Y" M6 W% ?# b( u2 o6 ^( O$ cMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. . B9 G- ^) g0 p( \5 j" l3 S

; O- L. Z! D4 V! TA balance diet, and exercise regularly 9 o! I; _# X1 ?' `

7 [9 U$ e) @  x% x7 i9 ]Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.

7 q, g' z" Q2 N' a  U( ~) ~; z! jFor example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. , D: _6 G- X* e% o1 D3 n

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
