3 a1 H# I6 C! L- `Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, # l7 i' ]: o" L$ P  R
- O/ N. n' j# Q
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!

; ]( N$ l( D7 R: r* b2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.

9 s. w5 {7 y7 S0 t6 u! J7 c% IMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
1 O: F+ U- Q) B
+ ~9 o* ~1 _% q4 _3 W% Q1 hA balance diet, and exercise regularly
! I# y) t% o7 W* X7 u, C, N3 f, h5 d8 e2 j
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.- P% [# I% S; F0 f
' ~& H- r6 M" z8 s
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
