& @2 k9 U2 c7 M6 p* @- DBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
+ ?; ]6 n& i) f& g( q( m; k1 _6 e# r. ~* l) L  ?
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! & c% ^' G' D6 O! [9 D% H  K2 d+ x
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
. t/ _- z* y3 L3 B2 U
) j3 q! S1 p3 i: Q: xMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.   n6 J7 c+ v1 t5 H( p/ @, M0 _

% ^# S1 t$ {2 y) }A balance diet, and exercise regularly # M+ \: |" @9 O

For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. 2 [: R  B. E8 Q# `0 J6 U

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.6 q# Z8 _! J& O% ]7 B) H/ k( ?
