/ O  ^5 b9 E, ~! A4 {! a" MBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
  h! @$ m8 q$ p7 l4 b/ g. g, N; t) Y+ X( U& |  [9 x/ n
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! ( Y0 W* l2 b* l& U/ Q  R
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.
& T: z! H( m) L: r" U( o# F! n6 U( [% D1 Z* U1 `8 Z
2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
. M! j% X, E6 S+ f9 \, z& R% U- f' u1 Z/ q7 A+ `# [4 P/ z- V
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. 9 h# s, t* z% e6 T3 o

A balance diet, and exercise regularly
$ Z0 x. `( B, @+ }7 n/ N2 b, ?$ j% h. r1 {/ p3 \- b
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
: h& k' P5 F. m
0 H' b. v6 z: u5 U% T' J0 JFor example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.6 A& Z6 L0 g: z  P
