! B' |6 g6 ], h* h! F; Q4 u( [0 t( f
2 M  |) e7 l! x: @: `9 aBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
* z9 r( W, ]9 o  _. ^8 W, L+ S3 v/ C. n" b  S$ X  U6 q, @5 w
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! # U5 |. R2 P, ]! f. s* x( v) i, z
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. 4 b. y  a! U6 m* E) T. c

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.1 P; I' M4 X" |# I; v& h

/ T/ R! P5 C4 y% w8 Q) _3 e" f2 dMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.

* Y: x; g7 v$ u0 O" V9 ]A balance diet, and exercise regularly
- b/ C4 ]# y7 n
3 U& t; D1 i: p( SEven though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.

For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. + ]  O5 L3 ?. j3 Z9 h
