2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.& F4 S* B% \1 a7 S, s

Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
