Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
. R- r0 M; R5 F; t$ P' U) N) m1 L' W5 x
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! 3 E* R' d1 y8 v( J8 j
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. . h$ v+ Y- Y4 s8 r; A
- }- L4 ?! |' w9 S+ R- U+ W/ F
2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
. g* L% O/ |: W' S. C
* J& @8 T3 Z8 {, P9 G5 [Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
# i% J: I/ I' Q2 M+ O
: w% D, `' @4 k+ {* F- F; yA balance diet, and exercise regularly , d$ I- C. l( k* Q2 \5 G+ S
