Step 1: Start Word 2000. * S  C, g4 J+ O$ E" F
Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic. 7 a& u9 x0 S+ {0 t/ D  N2 b
Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
8 m4 M- t1 P3 jStep 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.

   left or right to turn, and drag up or down to raise of
