Step 1: Start Word 2000. : t8 b' _! A, K
Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
3 ^* o4 e. Y5 s: k: J. {) KStep 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
( V- \( v- o' k2 PStep 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.
9 d8 I4 K6 \' V% N/ _+ ]2 WStep 5: RIGHT-click on the About Microsoft Visual Basic selection.

Create a new database, or open an existing database. Create a new macro

Close the macro. Drag the new macro to the toolbar to create an icon
