材料
鴨 - 1隻1,500克
糯米飯 - 1抔半（一般電飯煲量杯）糯米煮成
火腿 - 25克灼熟切丁粒
半肥瘦肉 - 50克切丁粒
蝦仁 - 50克去泥腸後搓上生粉
冬菇 - 25克浸水過後去蒂並切丁粒
乾瑤柱 - 25克水浸過
青豆 - 25克沸水浸過1分鐘
蔥結 - 5克
薑片 - 5克
調味料 - 搽鴨用：黃酒1大匙、醬油2大匙（可用一半生抽、一半老抽代之）；八寶飯調味用：黃酒2大匙、醬油4大匙（可用一半生抽、一半老抽代之）、生粉1大匙、麻油1大匙、糖1小匙

烹調
將鴨洗淨，去掉屁股（特別是脂肪部份）、鴨爪。
劈開背脊，去掉內臟，挖出血塊，並敲碎脾骨。
燒水，將鴨汆水，撈起。
把鴨全身內外搽上黃酒、醬油。
將糯米飯、火腿、瘦肉、蝦仁、冬菇、乾瑤柱、青豆拌勻；加入調味料，拌勻。
取大湯碗，將蔥結、薑片放其中。
放入鴨，腹朝碗中，把以上配料填入鴨身。
中火，隔水蒸3小時，至肉爛透。
放碟上，腹朝天，用刀將其劃開數份，即成。

其實飲食天地的文章不分[原創]/[轉貼] because the food is not 原創 by that person
Even if you write the recipe yourself, that is still not [原創] because that food is not made by them.
[原創] : Only in two conditions.....1:  You had create new type of food. (example:My: drunken crap specialty)
                                            2:   You have re-generate a new taste in that food and a new cooking style to make that food taste better.
