but u MUST rest ur eyes... because if u don't... ur eyes will truely go blind....( a1 o, ~$ Y2 Y$ [2 _

note..: my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......1 \/ c, [& }( w& J ^$ s

and then when i was in class.. well i did not litterally get blind.. but i could not se anything.. but after i closed my eyes for 5 minutes.. i can see again...
