剛剛學人有良好用電腦習慣, 用了幾個鐘向遠處望一下, 我對住window坐, 一望就望左落個太陽度, 隻眼有d痛, 我駛唔駛去急症室呢?

No for time being.....take a sleep...see if that is going to help.......I think it is just your eye can't accept a quick change from computer(dark) to the sun(very bright)

甘樣就可能會令到個傷害加深...

Put some eye-drops on (the soothing ones) and try to rest your eyes more in the next day or so. And DON'T RUB YOUR EYES WITH HANDS! If the pain persist after a couple of days, then you go see the eye doctor. (not the guys from your optical shop, they aren't pros)( l% Y" T$ z9 t/ c2 }4 U4 a0 C: f* \

because u stared at the monitor for a long time., ur eyes get tired..

note..:  my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......' s4 A+ c$ V$ e! X) x

( e4 L& L  k1 E3 g7 V4 ni went to my doctor the other day..... he told me the same thing as above.....the eyes get too tired...
