When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.0 |/ y+ a1 {- x$ E

3 D- V5 y$ L) M- Y! h$ j( pHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,+ ~) q' n! H. a7 S/ y7 S) c. t
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
