Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),
+ R* T; W% a, p  H6 P1 Q1 n& ^- pI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.! K7 B: ]9 o* r6 U( M1 Q3 N
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.
* J  B/ Y1 U& s" N) \. z3 n+ q  e: [/ [( w4 \$ W, c
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,7 x$ U0 @' M. w- X6 ?" U
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.* |  ^# v- m& Y+ U0 v0 A' }1 O8 D
Therefore I here announce people:
; R; Z5 s& g) v! N% y% M" s8 t, OMIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION, / @: U5 L9 M2 g
