Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),
/ J- L& [  g1 m/ p5 B' \9 |I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
7 n. r- J, [7 j0 O5 L! D+ |7 S) JBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.
! |1 r/ o  j  \/ q9 k  W. ]* _' `, E( h4 `" f
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,) T, p3 [) _% O3 L# I% s
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.# }* c: Z& a' C' e
Therefore I here announce people:
