Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),
( x' E+ D  B1 QI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.: r. a" p) m" I4 K2 F( t
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.+ r, p! P, e3 @0 @* S( X! @8 {! o

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,( h& V  T; y$ X) l
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
