When I travel Japan (same for France), 0 o: H6 V2 W, z9 h
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.% M: s! T. J; N7 i! N1 S
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

' @, y' `( v* |% j; FHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
! ~% Y2 y+ s4 `0 a0 _+ l$ A/ ?2 yand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
