When I travel Japan (same for France),
/ e- u/ h5 W: M( dI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
. P" a( O* j1 Q8 [5 V8 v1 V' fBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.% F! X3 E$ x$ L: ^0 J7 q, d6 B1 Q

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
# Y- c5 S- s: p; n, y* _7 _6 _# oand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
