Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
% t5 p8 l% ~/ IBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,  M8 t$ R$ M, \( c
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.9 C" O; ~9 n8 e9 o
Therefore I here announce people: # g9 @% M# E9 Y/ _& M4 w) q2 W
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION, $ {6 [1 e2 R+ Z' ^4 v' C* B6 Q
