When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.  g. H2 ~: Z  J$ d' b

: J; }! k0 A! P' U8 D& w* u  @Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
0 G! f6 C! O2 x/ M/ ?and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
