When I travel Japan (same for France),
. S5 m! j; p# e2 LI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.3 W7 Q+ a! i  A  M3 {% I8 C
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
