Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France), 4 g* E3 z! L7 L( N3 R/ m( u8 o
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.4 b' [5 \; C9 X* ~7 W
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,! T5 _0 O/ m1 z, g* h& e
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.+ b/ H6 J& Q& n; @
Therefore I here announce people:   `4 M8 y7 l) l% z9 `. h- H+ U
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION, , d/ W' ^7 z: O" E  o
