When I travel Japan (same for France), / j( T+ ]6 \2 L, u* p& d
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.# h+ |  S3 v8 x. \
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
