When I travel Japan (same for France),

4 g$ d4 H- s) R5 G8 U, BBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

7 Q" H3 y- C0 M+ AHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,( |; N5 E: s  `9 x5 M. |+ E, T$ Z
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
