When I travel Japan (same for France),

4 E6 I0 Y4 P- }# ~Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.- D+ x% R+ p: ?! N7 H0 n& }. n6 L

& J. ]9 s5 O0 h- x+ d% L2 Z  K% sHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
  n6 ?4 M( n" {( H  F" ~and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
