When I travel Japan (same for France), 0 t$ t8 a4 U5 S% l
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.7 |( s" f! p% D
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.
! p& i, r, A' K/ q: ~4 |1 h' c7 |. H( }) m8 F
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
9 c  }  k3 @8 f  Rand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
