When I travel Japan (same for France), % @( }7 q9 \7 R& {9 r
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
( s( F/ r6 }4 E5 dBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,  a, `) i* l5 P. z- t9 B
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.' O  N+ Y4 G- H. S( A4 b
Therefore I here announce people: 5 A6 i% L) F7 Z9 G% f
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
