When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

' j' \- u- J$ G' K/ Y& T8 rHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
