When I travel Japan (same for France), . j& W; O- S( f1 b6 ?% g* b- c
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.3 G1 b6 ?) X7 ?7 Z  X1 n9 s4 B& V0 b
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

/ ^$ D+ Y* o$ q6 {) \$ `Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,6 ~( d9 u' k) ?2 K3 L; v7 ?% \9 Q
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.8 f- N4 J8 l. ?* r& \8 M- m0 z  D- B
Therefore I here announce people: / B9 w$ p9 n/ N* b$ w
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION, ! W" y: b( p) z
