he used be very strong in FG, PTs , Rebs and Asts ...
but now after loosing D.Miles u can see that his Pts have been reduced. Removing D.West + Ricky Davis + Korver will worsen the situation since Pts, FT%, and 3Pt will continue to decrease.

His team will only be good @ Reb and Blks, while all other categoreys are at average or even below average level

I guess he is expecting a lot from G.Hill...

As for Shutup...
his team will continue to have many rotations since M.James, S.Parker, and M.Daniels, M.Blount , Prezec are not consistent players.

But if u look @ Electronic Unicorn:
His team are full of consistent players except S. Jasikevicius, that's the reason why he dont need to rotate his team often...

These are just my personal analysis
