Well I just did a project on geography about improving living standard in LEDCs. # {) v5 t7 r0 U' d) d8 Y0 }, r
The most important factor that influences the living standard is the economy. As long as the economy of Hong Kong is healthy, people will have more money to spend, creating a multiplier effect, and the overall living condition will increase subsequently.
