Interesting post.
Well I just did a project on geography about improving living standard in LEDCs. p8 Q: k9 P1 s, C4 k' M0 k x; G2 v% K
The most important factor that influences the living standard is the economy. As long as the economy of Hong Kong is healthy, people will have more money to spend, creating a multiplier effect, and the overall living condition will increase subsequently.
