煲滾一煲水,拍十粒八粒蒜頭落去,加幾片薑
落大量鹽!冒求令煲滾水有明顯鹹味,
水鹹d都無緊要,鹽水ge用途係用黎封住d雞味,
淡得滯反而會做唔好,肉質會變差
有黑椒粒可考慮放幾粒,
有香草ge,好似話迷迭香之類可以放一兩束落埋去煲!

之後係冰格拿d雪藏雞中翼出黎,唔需要解凍
(如果怕d雪水污糟就可以搵水沖下佢先)
然後想食幾多就放幾多落煲鹽水度!蓋好!煲熟佢,
基本上煲到隻雞翼漲起,入面都已經熟

除左雞翼,呢個方法仲可以用黎煮冰鮮白切雞,
煮幾耐d肉質都唔會"鞋",
出黎效果你會估唔玩咁好,

使唔使啊!!!!
陶大最近都出左隻雞汁豉油啦,
急凍雞翼1磅,8隻-12隻到,
滾水落少少鹽,之後放急凍雞翼出水,息火浸1min到,
之後落250ml陶大雞汁豉油+100ml清水褒滾,(可以隨意加姜片or蒜頭泥,會香D)
落出左水的雞翼去褒滾左的汁到,慢火褒5mins到,之後息火焗一陣10-15mins,
自己隨意,喜歡嫩D的少D時間,自己用筷子試下熟未,越耐越入味.

我唔煮飯都識煮,而且味道都ok,最難就係掌握火路,
想嫩又想入味都幾考功夫ga,大家不妨試試!!
