材料: 排骨500克,甜辣椒雞醬4匙,蒜蓉、水、鹽、生抽、酒糖以及麻油少許。
  
製法: (1)排骨洗淨抹幹,用鹽、生抽、酒糖調成調味料,醃約2個小時備用。
(2)爐溫度調至180℃,預熱15分鐘,放入排骨50分鐘至熟。
(3)將甜辣椒雞醬、水以及麻油少許調成調味汁,加入蒜蓉煮滾,淋在排骨上面,趁熱食用。

i quite miss maxim's  燒排骨 tea set.. , we can't eat it today, cos it is not available anymore..

完全唔同 炸果D都常有層面粉響上面 脆脆地 裡面D就軟的
燒果D 通常都用蜜汁出面系甜 但D肉就韌D
