早兩日買左d新鮮蓮子,本來諗住煲紅豆沙,但係當然唔記得買紅豆啦!,為免蓮子過期變壞,結果o岩o岩亂咁煲左一煲糖水.........

滾水,將紅棗,紅米放落水,
將蓮子蒸熟,壓成蓮子茸
將蓮子茸放落水
嫌佢有味道有掛寡
所以加左少少薑汁落去等佢有d辣味
最後加糖再煲九個字就飲得.....

轉頭就飲!咁煲法唔知有無問題,小朋友先祈唔好試!由其係半夜四點幾走去煲糖水呢一樣!如果聽日唔見我講野,好明顯我已經......

估唔到味道唔錯,不過甜左ddd,如果有龍眼肉就可以落少dd糖,味道應該好比依家好,試味完畢!拿拿聲刷牙先

好味。

無紅米可以用番紫米(記得預先浸水)!如果唔想落米,可以用芋頭代替都得,目的都係更加口感。

唔想用紅棗,可以考慮用龍眼(桂圓)肉+百合+蓮子茸

不過蓮子要買新鮮ge,街市或者超市都會有(唔好買一早用真空包裝好放係凍櫃果款,因為好難食)蓮子買番黎洗乾淨,浸下水,記住去心,之後瀝乾水就放係碟度拿去蒸熟,蒸熟之後可以放入攪拌機加少少水將佢攪成糊狀,無攪拌機自己用匙羹壓!之後煲適量水!將所有料放落去,煲番大約一個鐘,最後加適量糖,再煮下就食得!

有時試下新野,唔駛下下紅豆沙綠豆沙腐竹雞蛋咁單調嘛
