This 「國際城市」concept is first introduced by British Colonial HK govt to local Chinese people so as to increase/protect their benefits in this Chinese city only, eliminating local anti-British thoughts! 5 u7 D! _4 _; U6 T- ~# u' e H

HK is not an International city, it is merely an Asi an city!
