I want to buy a new hard disk to replace the old hard disk. Please advise me how can I transfer the whole set up (include the Windows XP and all installed Programs) from the existing old hard disk to the new hard disk, then re-assign the new hard disk as the bootable hard disk "C", and the old hard disk as the secondary hard-disk.

I don't understand if I can use Norton Ghost (of course, run from Drvie C-the old harddisk) to restore the complete set up of drive C, to say, e.g. drive D (the new harddisk), then turn off the computer, re-cable the new hardisk as Drive C, then turn on again, to run the XP from the new hard disk, with all existing program and driver setup.
