check your CPU fan, Transformer, and cable conncetions first,
then if you got a Debug card, plug it in see what goes up,
if it is Motherboard problem you will have all types of error come out,
if it is Display card, change a new card to test
otherway, if it is cheap cheap old computer, change new one.
