IrfanView 雖然沒有另一套看圖軟體ACDSee 的名氣這麼響，不過它的功能可比AcdSee 多，而且它還是完全免費的哩！ ... 世界上再沒有比「免費」的東西更迷人的了，而IrfanView 就是其中的一種。它不但是個很好用的「看圖」軟體，而且它還可以播放CD

i just dowloaded and use it abit myself , in my opinion not as user friendly as "ACDSee" , but its free .

infraview is good for resize photo or does some simple adjustment, otherwise it has very minimal functions

最新既ver 3.99 已經support好多format, install埋 plug-in 可以support埋video 同flash
