windows既desktop多左個file(CAQVWDM3.)
唔知咩黎的,又放唔到落rubbish bin
用norton又check唔到有問題
但最唔明點解會多左個咁既file
唔知有冇人試咁既情況?

If you only wanna delete the file, you can:
> Restart your computer n press F8 when it start (Go to the Safe mode)
Then you can delete it in the Safe Mode.
If you wanna know what's going wrong, you can scan it with anti-virus other than Norton.
