there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc...... + [8 g# @# F7 d 9 r, \5 D6 c" }( {8 Vfor the extended interview:! g( `% L0 Z$ }' H7 ?- Y8 o
: `# {6 y, J0 Zit's divided into 2 sections, $ n$ K, D9 R8 X2 l- ?4 I7 ~1 is impromptu talk ; a8 i, A6 R8 s4 ?( j9 fanother is group discusion * Q$ P; k2 A* j# f" M5 M5 \" j% X2 s
all conducted in english: s+ F; M) P' L) k8 N2 r5 {

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion9 R: H9 r$ E9 ]/ h& P
