there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc...... $ O0 F; p" V! \3 T' ?2 n6 q 1 d1 y* Y" A7 ~5 b& [# ]$ vfor the extended interview: ( h- I+ W9 e4 j& Z) Y) n$ O4 a) A* N2 K0 w
it's divided into 2 sections, 0 c$ v' C4 n# F8 G2 Y1 is impromptu talk 8 l0 m8 E# e4 Z8 [/ Wanother is group discusion / V& V5 u' `( R1 A9 y- h" L3 o8 t& A4 V 4 r: `) V. U6 b! a: J1 b+ ]0 Z9 \4 fall conducted in english. ]2 M/ U0 J0 r
) c( F6 [6 a( s$ l4 [# {impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare ; ]2 z* T8 r- x8 N1 j8 O 9 w7 j9 m! `# f etopic like "environment, biscuit...."- x: n1 z$ W2 j z( X2 c7 \* k

Q3 T* bgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion 4 V# Y/ g* B9 ] 1 z.
