for the preliminary interview:0 c# k2 X3 k- ^# d
' }! q' i) y% L* z# wthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......$ M ^ C. g" D. ~- n% \- C / p7 {* ]( S# v7 n6 V: B. U
for the extended interview:- W+ h, b2 S3 U

it's divided into 2 sections,6 g& _. ^# [& m% I
1 is impromptu talk 0 l* v4 }* h- p& W0 e( _/ v8 {another is group discusion 5 e9 n; B: ?! G/ l I @% Q% n
all conducted in english ) c" }+ |- ]0 e& C' t G6 n ! Z) v3 b5 K0 W1 s3 Eimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare - M1 [! m3 g7 v U ( {/ z4 I- D. dtopic like "environment, biscuit...." " Z. B' O/ u( C) v k2 w9 E) }9 U( X$ X6 c( ~5 \' V/ i( l. v6 a
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion 5 k1 S, k* J3 o& P- i# E : h0 P' D* Z+ G.
