for the preliminary interview:* H) ]+ u5 q. k: o+ R7 F- w
, w6 l2 c) t0 R2 I9 a% {there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc...... # m6 }# N& v% E7 k- y. P 1 @4 X ?9 C: G2 p: Cfor the extended interview:) F' F ^7 I5 G/ K

it's divided into 2 sections, 6 {. A6 X% d* u0 Z8 s1 is impromptu talk2 Z# F P- I) N5 E- `
another is group discusion9 f) f& t2 C* s! x- i- C
5 A7 L0 s N6 h' ], R5 mall conducted in english & [' v' R7 P: R2 Q9 V- b- w) w % P) c8 k0 C, U% \impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare " B X. P8 D2 a; ], F 5 A7 M; x* P, u3 o e* B7 I8 [* ^topic like "environment, biscuit...."2 @/ e' a& |* H9 R9 O# m

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion n8 \: X3 l5 {3 [, C ( k) w6 r: a- I- m0 e. x: M* w 3 r' u4 c* r" Y" x1 J( D* nfor final interview:' C4 N5 f0 ~: i8 [. y7 t& F; s6 G

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes- W% ^# U% o* a0 j1 K- E/ L
