Chateau De Fesles Chenin Sec Anjou 2004 (bought from Watxxxx, ~$115)
It's med yellow in colour, with lime and floral notes on the nose, a buttery, yeasty mouthfeel as well as mineral tones and dry fruit characters, quite an interesting palate. The acidity and body is med and finishes with a good length.
