我的電腦 -> 控制台 -> 自動更新 -> 關閉自動更新

my computer -> control centre? -> automatic update? -> close it

或者可以
Start > Run > msconfig > Services > 去掉Automatic Update

或者可以用 firewall 或者 hosts file block 左呢兩個 sites:

http://update.microsoft.com
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
