you haven't install the driver of your sound card
right click "My Computer" ---->"Properties"---->click on "Hardware" tab---->click on "Device Manager"
if you see any "question mark" on your Sound Card section, that means the driver is not installed correctly.

多數因為你未裝返個driver...
用返買motherboard時跟住的cd rom install返吧
