safe mode 有沒有事 > use msconfig to disable some un-necessary startup or services > clear the cookie; temp Internet file; ActiveX and return the IE setting to factory default > clear the restore point > use Anti-virus or online scan to scan whole computer > use WinPE to delete some virus file (If you know which file)
